Abstract:
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการติดต่อสื่อสารภายในของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองชัยภูมิ 2) ศึกษาระดับปัญหาการติดต่อสื่อสารภายในของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองชัยภูมิ กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหาร ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองชัยภูมิ ปีการศึกษา 2552 จำนวน 150 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.90 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ( )
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. สภาพการติดต่อสื่อสารภายในของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองชัยภูมิ โดยภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ด้าน
ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ การติดต่อสื่อสารในแนวนอน รองลงมา คือ การติดต่อสื่อสารจากบนลงล่าง การติดต่อสื่อสารในแนวไขว้ และการสื่อสารจากล่างขึ้นบนตามลำดับ
2. ระดับปัญหาการติดต่อสื่อสารภายในของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองชัยภูมิ
โดยภาพรวมมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าการติดต่อสื่อสารจากล่างขึ้นบน
มีค่าเฉลี่ยความคิดเห็นมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือการติดต่อสื่อสารในแนวไขว้ การติดต่อสื่อสารจากบนลงล่าง การสื่อสารในแนวนอน ตามลำดับ
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the state levels on the internal communication conditions in the schools under the jurisdiction of Muang Chaiyaphum Municipality, and 2) the problem levels on the internal communication conditions in the schools under the jurisdiction of Muang Chaiyaphum Municipality. The target group of this research were 150 administrators, teachers and educational personnel in the schools under the jurisdiction of Muang Chaiyaphum Municipality. The instrument used in this research was five-rating scaled questionnaire that co- efficiency reliability value included 0.90 The data were analyzed by using the mean ( ) and standard deviation ( ).
The research findings revealed that :
1. The internal communication conditions in the schools under the jurisdiction of Muang Chaiyaphum Municipality in the overall view were at the much level in every aspect. When taking into considerations in each aspect, it revealed that the highest mean was the aspect of horizontal communication. The latter ranking included the upward, cross channel communication and downward communication respectively.
2. The problem levels on the internal communication conditions in the schools under
the jurisdiction of Muang Chaiyaphum Municipality revealed at the little level. When taking into considerations in each aspect, it revealed that the aspect of downward communication contained the most opinions. The latter ranking included the aspects of cross channel communication, upward and horizontal communication respectively.
