Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the participation level of basic education
management of grade level 1-2 of sub district administrative organizations, Konsawan district, Chaiyaphum province and 2) to seek out the guidelines of participation development in basic education management of grade level 1-2 of sub district administrative organizations, Konsawan district, Chaiyaphum province. The population were chairmans, deputies, vicepresidents, members, school administrators and school vicepresidents of sub-district administrative organizations, Konsawan district, Chaiyaphum province, the total of 265. The research instrument was rating scale questionnaire about the participation toward basic education management of grade level 1-2 with the reliability of 0.98. The data were analyzed by means of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
In this study, the following are the salient findings :
1. The participation level toward basic education management of grade level 1-2 of
sub district administrative organizations, Konsawan district, Chaiyaphum province, as whole, is at medium level, when considering in each dimension found that all falling in a medium level, too. The first three highest average were working encouragement, planning, and evaluation.
2. The guidelines of participation development in basic education management of grade level 1-2 of sub district administrative organizations, Konsawan district, Chaiyaphum province
in each dimension, suggestions were as follows :
On Planning : to have invited the resource speaker to educate to the members of sub district administrative organizations.
On Resource Distribution to have supported the school which under to couse educational resources for expenses reduction.
On Working Encouragement to have provided the welfare needed to members.
On Coordination to have supported appropriately the environment in the school
to instruction.
On Evaluation to have evaluated the using of school building.
