Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study the job satisfaction of teachers in Chaiyaphum Service Area Office 3 and the comparative study of job satisfaction in Chaiyaphum Service Area Office 3 classified into differently positions, working experiences, and school sizes. There were 327 teacher-samples. The questionnaire was developed by the researcher and used for data gathering. The data gathered were treated statistically with the use of frequencies and percentages, mean, standard deviation and Ftest.
In this study, the following are the salient findings :
1) The job satisfaction of teachers in Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 3, as whole, is at a high level, when considering in each aspect found that the job satisfaction is all at a high level. The highest satisfaction aspect is the relations with
co-worker and superintendent, and the policy and working administration career and career status, consecutively, on the other hands, the lowest satisfaction aspect is salary and fringe benefit
2) The job satisfaction of teachers in Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 3, which differently positions, working experiences, are not significantly difference, but the teachers who are differently on school size, significantly difference
at 0.05.
