The Study of the Academic Administration of The School of Three Educational Interval Levels School under the Jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 2.
Abstract:
The purpose of this research aimed to study the academic administration conditions of the school managing three educational interval levels under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 2. The subject used in this research included 287 school administrators and teachers. The research instrument for collecting data was the questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The data were analyzed by the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results revealed that: The academic administration conditions of the school managing three educational interval levels in the whole image had 12 activity operations covering the dimensions of institutional curriculum development, measurement and evaluation, research for educational quality development, educational innovation and technology, learning resource development, educational supervision, educational guidance, development of inner school insurance system, knowledge promotion for community, cooperation of academic development of schools and other organizations, and the promotion and academic support for personals, families organizations and unit administrations which were at the much level. When taking consideration in each domain, it was found that four domains with high ranks of mean were measurement and evaluation, development of inner school insurance system. The final domain with lower mean than the others was research for educational quality development.
