The Study of Basic Education,s Participations in Educational Development Planning System of the Schools under the Jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office I.
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to : 1) study the participation levels of Basic Education Boards in educational development planning processes of the schools under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area office 1, 2) study the problems on the participations of Basic Education Boards in educational development processes.
The subjects were 342 members of basic education boards of the schools under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 1. The instrument used for collecting data was the five-rating scaled questionnaire with the co-efficient value equaled 0.94. The data were analyzed by the percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results revealed that :
1) The participations of basic educational school boards in educational development planning processes of the schools in the whole image revealed at the hight level including planning, acting the plan and planning preparation. Whereas, the participations appeared in the hight level with fewer scores than the others were the aspect of supervision, follow-up, evaluation and report.
2) The problems levels on the participations of basic educational school boards in educational development planning processes of the schools in the whole image revealed at the moderate level including the aspects of supervision, follow-up, evaluation and report and acting the plans. The second rank was the aspect of planning preparation, but the problem on the participation at the least level was the aspect of planning.
