Abstract:
The purposes of study aimed to determine the conditions of leader inclusive education school administration in Chaiyaphum province. The subjects included 18 leaders in inclusive education school administration in Chaiyaphum province, 83 teachers, 398 inclusive students rulers, and 50 basics education committees. The research instruments were the questionnaire on the conditions education school administration in Chaiyaphum province. The reliability value of the practical conditions equaled 0.96 and of the reliability value of practical problems equaled 0.98. The data were analyzed by the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis.
The research results were found that the conditions of leader inclusive education school administration in the 8 domains included the students, the environment, the learning and teaching, the school quality, the inside school working process and reform the efficiency of administration, the inside and outside of the factors, and the developing the understanding and good attitude of inclusive education school administrators in Chaiyaphum province. The practical conditions revealed at the much level, but the practical problems were at the medium level. The conditions on Inclusive Education Core School administration in Chaiyaphum province, as whole, all are in high level, namely; on working process, on working efficiency reforming, on learning, on teacher developing, on knowledge, understanding, and attitude of inclusive school, and on learning activities.
