Abstract:
The research is an evaluating research that intend to evaluate over all context of the research, Input factors of the research, Researching process, and productivity of the research, etc. We have employed the integrating method that compose of both quality and quantity method to study and evaluate the outcome of the research. Questionnaires are used as the quantity tool to collect data while interviewing is used to collect in-depth information of a group of sample. Questionnaires are distributed to 2 groups of sampling. One is distributed to officers who work on the project such as lecturing monks, outside lecturer, etc. The other is a group of students who had participated in the project.
Outcome of the research :
1) From the information that collected from officers who work on the project,
we had found that most of them satisfied with the morality project, project operation is suitable at the medium rate, while they think context of the project is in the high level. On the other hand, they think input factors of the project are in the low level of suitability. However, after evaluation of the context of the project in detail on each area we had found that the objective of the project has meant schools demands on the high average level, on the input factor we had found that officers in the project are eager to participate in the project on the high average level, on the process of the project matter we had found that the conducting of the project is moved along with the plan quite well and earn the high average level, and for productivity standpoint we had found that all participates had satisfied with the benefits of the project on the high average level.
2) From the information that collected from students who participate in the
Morality project, we had found that most of them satisfied with the morality project, and after evaluation of the project they think that suitability of the project is only at the medium average level, while they think the input factors of the project is in the high average level. On the context of the project matter, they think the benefits of the project to the participates are quite good at high average level, lecturing monk and outside lectures are quite well prepare and have knowledge suited to the program on the high average level. Moreover, after evaluation of the process of the project in detail on each area we had found that personal developing method on the morality subject is quite suited and properly present on the high average level, productivity of the project according to its objectives are suited and meant the points at high average level too.
3) From the in-dept interview, I had found that most of participle person though that the morality seminar is a good project and bring some benefits to social community. However, some changes had to be done for more efficiency for instant its context must includes developing building and facilities such as room restroom and toilet etc. quantity and quality wise for seminar, import officers who work on the project have to have be sufficient both quantity and quality aspect, finally, outside fund is needed to run the proper seminar. In procedure matter, public relation work has to be conduct not just one way but several or as much as possible and leach the objective group. Seminar period ought to be extended from 3 days to 5-7 days of seminar. In respect to productivity of the project, it should be emphasized on what participants will get by learning from the previous seminar systematically, continuously, then, bring some weakness to improve and develop the assertive project for more efficiency.
