Abstract:
The purpose of this research were to study the organizational health on schools in teachers\\\\\\\' view under the Jurisdictions of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office I. The Organizational health consists of eight dimensions including goals setting, Institutional Integration, Collegial Leadership, Communication, academic Leadership, Morale, academic Emphasis, and learning and teaching activity support.
The subjects of this study included 354 teachers under the Jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office I. The instrument used in this research was the questionnaire developed from the organizational health Inventory for primary schools constructed by Pannee Suwatthee. The questionnaire, the five - rating scale from had the Cronbach\\\\\\\'s alpha coefficient value equaled 0.96. The data were analyzed by using the Computer Microsolf ware in the statistical value of the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The research finding were as follows :
The organizational health on schools in teacher\\\\\\\' view under the Jurisdictions of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office I, in the whole image of every dimension was at much level. When considering each dimension, it was found it was also at the much level. The dimension with the highest mean was the dimension of Goals Setting, and the lower one was the dimension of Collegial Leadership; while, the lower than overall dimension was academic leadership.
