sixty-four questionnaires were collected and were analyzed using percentage, mean,
standard deviation, Pearsons Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Multiple
Regression Analysis.
The results showed that the average age of nurses in Pathumthani Hospital
was between 30-39 years old (43.9%), and that they were married with an average of
13.98 years of service in nursing for the post classification of level 7. The nurses had
an overall job satisfaction level of 95.70%; almost all were satisfied with then co

The organizational climate found that nurses had a high standard of work satisfaction
with a level of 61.60%, while they had the least satisfaction in conflicts. The research
found that work quality index and organizational climate were positively correlated at
a moderately significant level of 0.01. That only organization climate could be entered
into the Regression Equation, which could explain the variation of job satisfaction
among registered nurses in Pathumthani Hospital at 40.2% (Adjusted R2 = 0.402).
This research suggests the need to increase job satisfaction. High level
management should motivate and support nurses by improving and increasing
benefits such as overtime pay, medical care, living subsidies in ascendance the rising
costs of living, and career and promotion opportunities
