tool was a questionnaire. Some part of the questionnaire created by other researcher
was modified and used in this study, while some part of the questionnaire was
created by this researcher after reviewing related research and literature. Data were
analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons product moment
correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis.
The research results found that professional nurses, governmental hospital
in Bangkok highly perceived organization culture with uncertainty avoidance. They
had high quality of work life and very high job performance. As for independent

performance of professional nurses than perception of organization culture consisting
uncertainty avoidance and future orientation at the significant level of 0.05.
Recommendations for these research results are as follows. Hospital
executives should encourage working behavior with organization culture consisting
of uncertainty avoidance and future orientation. They should encourage nurses to
have good quality of work life and participate in doing various work in order to make
these nurses feel that they are a part of the hospital. This will create good working
atmosphere and effectiveness of the organization.
