Abstract:
The objective of this research was to develop a web database system and its
administrative tools for users who prefer self-management and maintaining the
sharable content database. Users may retrieve contents regardless of format by remote
online access.
In this research, script language was used, PHP (Professional Home Page), and
HTML, Edit plus and Macromedia Dreamweaver MX were the script language tools
for developing the application interface. MySQL was used for creating the system
database.
The system was divided into 3 user groups: 1) Administrator users, who can selfmanage
and maintain the database. This group has 4 major parts: Management of
authorization of admin, Add data, Edit data, and Delete data; 2) Member users, who
can add new data, retrieve and download data; 3) General users, who can retrieve data
via internet. This part has 5 major parts: Sign in of member, register member, Set new
password, Category, and Search.
The database of this system is capable of holding data from various sources:
book, conference, journal, magazine, newsletter, newspaper, proposal, thesis, and
other (different research which does not belong to any predefined type).

งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อสร้างโปรแกรมสำหรับจัดเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลงานวิจัยในสาขาต่าง ๆ
ผ่านทางอินเตอร์เน็ต โดยผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถดูแลจัดการข้อมูลในฐานข้อมูลได้ด้วยตนเอง และ
ผู้ใช้งานทั่ว ๆ ไปสามารถเรียกดูข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ผ่านทางเว็บบราวเซอร์
งานวิจัยนี้พัฒนาโดยใช้ภาษา PHP, HTML เป็นภาษาที่ใช้ในการเขียนสคริป, Edit plus และ
Macromedia Dreamweaver MX เป็นเครื่องมือในการพัฒนา, และใช้ MySQL เป็นฐานข้อมูล
งานวิจัยนี้แบ่งกลุ่มผู้ใช้งานระบบออกเป็น 3 กลุ่มคือ 1) กลุ่มผู้ดูแลระบบ ซึ่งจะเป็นผู้ดูแล
จัดการข้อมูลภายในฐานข้อมูลโดยตรง โดยแบ่งฟังก์ชั่นการทำงานออกเป็น 4 ฟังก์ชั่น คือ การ
