การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ค้าขายในการจัดการด้านสุขาภิบาลสิ่งแวดล้อมตลาดสด ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract: This research aims at studying the levels of participation, factors and obstacles to the participation of merchants in sanitarial management in Bangkok Metropolitan area. The research has found that most of the merchants were concerned about participation of sanitarial management at a moderate level and also found that the education, the amount of household member, average income per day, cash flow for selling products per day and receiving information about the sanitarial management in marketplace had a significance related to the participation at the significant level 0.05 The problems and obstacles to the participation were that the merchants mostly had awareness about the management in individual purpose and rarely not paid attention for public purpose. Moreover, they mostly received the information about the management of sanitarial from sources which was only direct communication and were not enough and rapid. The research suggest that the relevant agencies should support and motivate for more participation and arrange training for the merchants in order to have learning process together and make them to concern the cooperation for improving the marketplace properly.

Abstract: วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายในการศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมและปัจจัยที่มี ผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วม ตลอดจนปัญหาและอุปสรรคของการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ค้าขายในการจัดการด้าน สุขาภิบาลสิ่งแวดล้อมตลาดสดในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ใช้วิธีศึกษาเชิงปริมาณ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ค้าขายในตลาดสดจำ นวน 400 คน สรุปผลการศึกษาได้ดังนี้ คือ ผู้ค้าขายในตลาดสดเขต กรุงเทพมหานครมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการด้านสุขาภิบาลสิ่งแวดล้อมตลาดสดในระดับปานกลาง และ พบว่า ระดับการศึกษา, จำ นวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือน, รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อวัน, ต้นทุนหมุนเวียนรายวัน และการได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการจัดการด้านสุขาภิบาลสิ่งแวดล้อมในตลาดสด มี ความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการด้านสุขาภิบาลสิ่งแวดล้อมตลาดสดอย่างมีนัยสำ คัญทาง สถิติ ที่ระดับ 0.05 ปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการด้านสุขาภิบาลสิ่งแวดล้อมในตลาด สด คือ ผู้ค้าขายส่วนใหญ่มีความตระหนักเกี่ยวกับการจัดการด้านสุขาภิบาลสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ การบริหารจัดการในลักษณะปัจเจกบุคคล และไม่เห็นความสำ คัญเกี่ยวกับการจัดการด้านสุขาภิบาล สิ่งแวดล้อมโดยส่วนรวม และส่วนใหญ่ได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารจากแหล่งข้อมูลที่เป็นการสื่อสาร โดยตรงระหว่างบุคคล ซึ่งอาจไม่เพียงพอและทั่วถึง สำ หรับข้อเสนอแนะคือ หน่วยงานภาครัฐที่ เกี่ยวข้องต้องสนับสนุนให้เกิดการมีส่วนร่วม และจัดอบรมให้ผู้ค้าขาย เพื่อสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ร่วมกันของทุกภาคส่วน ให้เห็นถึงคุณค่าและความสำ คัญของการร่วมมือในการหาแนวทางพัฒนา ตลาดสดที่เหมาะสม
