Abstract: This research is to analyze, design and develop a system of Patient Treatment Statistics (PTS), which is for use in statistical collection within a physical therapy unit. Compared to manual data recording, PTS is more helpful and advantageous because of the client/server technology and relational database. The user interface was developed using Macromedia Dreamweaver MXTM. Active Server Page (ASP) was used for the interface between web server and database. The web server ran on Windows 2000 ServerTM operating system. The database was designed by using Microsoft SQL Server 2000TM. The result of the study is an application that enables monthly recording, searching and reporting of statistics. This shortens the time in the documentation process. The application is divided into 2 parts: 1) for use by physical therapists, 2) for use by system administrators who can report monthly all statistical data. From the application testing, the objectives of the study were accomplished. Accurately and effectively performed, the system provides convenient database access for physical therapists and administrators. However, it can be further developed for other related users such as patients and other professionals

Abstract: งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ วิเคราะห์, ออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบเก็บสถิติการรักษาคนไข้ (Patient Treatment Statistical: PTS) เพื่อใช้สำหรับเก็บรวบรวมสถิติการรักษาคนไข้ของหน่วยงานกายภาพบำบัด เนื่องจากการเก็บสถิติของหน่วยงานกายภาพบำบัด ยังเป็นการบันทึกด้วยมืออยู่ โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีไคลเอนต์/เซิร์ฟเวอร์ และระบบฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ ส่วนโปรแกรมที่ใช้พัฒนาส่วนติดต่อกับผู้ใช้ คือ Macromedia Dreamweaver MXTM, ASP (Active Server Page) เป็นตัวประสานงานระหว่างเซิร์ฟเวอร์กับการจัดการฐานข้อมูลของระบบที่ใช้ Microsoft SQL Server 2000TM ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล ซึ่งตัวเซิร์ฟเวอร์จะทำงานบนระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows 2000 Server TM ผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยนี้ สามารถบันทึก ค้นหา และเรียกดูสถิติการรักษาคนไข้ในแต่ละเดือนได้ ทำให้ประหยัดเวลาในการค้นหาเอกสาร โดยระบบจะแบ่งออกได้เป็นสองส่วนใหญ่ๆคือ ส่วนที่เป็นของผู้ใช้ทั่วไปคือนักกายภาพบำบัด และส่วนที่เป็นของผู้ดูแลระบบ ซึ่งจะสามารถดูรายงานบันทึกสถิติในแต่ละเดือนได้ จากการทดสอบระบบพบว่า ระบบทำงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง มีประสิทธิภาพ สะดวกในการบันทึกข้อมูลลงฐานข้อมูล ให้ผลตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ และครอบคลุมขอบเขตของการวิจัย
