Abstract: The influence of time delay on the transmission of Plasmodium falciparum malaria was studied. The bifurcation method was used to analyze the stability of each steady state. A theorem for determination of the existence of Hopf bifurcation is given. We found that a Hopf bifurcation can not occur when a set of parameters is realistic but it occurs for the a set of unrealistic parameters. Finally, numerical results are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theorem and analyze the stability

Abstract: ความช้าของเวลาทีผลต่อการแพร่กระจายของเชื้อ PLASMODIUM FALCIPARUM มาลาเรียได้ถูกศึกษา เราใช้วิธี Bifurcation เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความเสถียรของจุดสมดุล ทฤษฎีบทสำหรับการเกิด Hopf bifurcation ถูกนำมาเสนอ เราพบว่า Hopf bifurcation ไม่สามารถเกิดได้ในชุดของพารามิเตอร์ที่เป็นจริงได้ แต่มันจะเกิดในชุดของพารามิเตอร์ที่ไม่เป็นจริง สุดท้าย การใช้ทฤษฎีทางคณิตศาสตร์เชิงตัวเลขถูกนำมาอธิบายประสิทธิภาพของทฤษฎีบทที่ได้กล่าวไปและการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ทฤษฎีทางคณิตศาสตร์เชิงวิเคราะห์
