Recommendations based on this research:
1) It ought to be promoted that people receive equally benefits from joining the
activities and realized that the communal activities in solving narcotics problems will bring
advantages to all the communal population equally, not just to one group.
2) It is appropriate to encourage people to become a social group member by
explicitly determining the objectives and activities of such social groups; so that the people
will have a good understanding and become members more frequently than previously.
3) It is appropriate to encourage people to set up their professional groups in
accordance with the government policy ‘one subdistrict one product’. This will increase the
income of people. Whenever they have leisure, they will join in the activities of their
professional group which will prevent them from being induced to narcotics.
4) Enhance good attitude of people by means of public relations, so that people
will know the hazards of narcotics. Government officers are obligated to act as good
examples for people in solving the narcotics problems. This will create a good attitude of
people toward government officers and convince them to cooperate in all communal
activities.
