Abstract:
The study Expectation of Success in Implementing the Policy to Control
Entertainment Places: A Case Study of Government Officers in Samutprakarn Province is a
process evaluation research. The objectives of the study were; 1) to study the level of
implementing the policy to control entertainment places and 2) to study the factors affecting
the expectation of success in implementing the policy to control entertainment places. The
population of this study was 115 of administrative officers and police officers whose
responsibility concerned the entertainment places in Samutprakarn province. Questionnaires
were used to collect data. Descriptive Statistics such as Percentage, Frequency, Mean,
Standard Deviation, and Analysis Statistic such as; Step wise Regression and Correlation s
were employed to analyze the data derived from the survey.
From the results of the study, it was be concluded that the understanding of policy,
internal and external organization cooperation, characteristics of organization, personnel
efficiency and adjustment to new procedures related to the expectation of success in
implementing the policy to control entertainment places are at the average level.
This study proposed that in order to achieve the higher level of expectation of
success on implementing the entertainment place organization policy, relevant officials and
agencies should be properly trained and educated, the information should be publicized, the
law should be amended to be more fair and the law should be strictly followed.
