It was found with the context evaluation that Nakhonpathom Province has potential in both environment and location to organize an aquatic sport competition except for the rainy climate. Collaboration from 3 workplaces and the management under the governor as CEO successfully drove the projects objectives and goals. It was found with the input evaluation, that committee members, budget, and materials of each committee were well prepared, adequate and appropriate. It was found with the process evaluation that most committees such as planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling were systematic, leading them to achievement. It was found with the product evaluation that those visitors to Nakhonpathom Aquatic Sport Competition Project were highly satisfied with the project. It is recommended that public relation should be more aggressive, establishing a coordination committee with clear job descriptions. Meetings should be organized often to exchange more ideas and discussions. Preparedness to meet all climates, changing the starting point of the boat race and clustering activities to fit location are also recommended.
