The opinions of leadership practices in transformational leadership theory of sub-district administrative organizations in Lum Luk Ka district Pathum Thani province
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study and compare workers opinions towards leadership practices in transformational leadership theory of sub district administrative organizations in Lum Luk Ka, Pathum Thani Province. The sample was 238 workers in sub district administrative organizations in Lum Luk Ka, Pathum Thani Province. The research instrument used for this research was a questionnaire. Statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypotheses were tested by t-test and F-test at the .05 level of significance.
The findings were as follows:
The overall opinions of the workers towards leadership was at a high level and the workers opinions towards the leadership practices in Lum Luk Ka was at the highest level. The workers from different department were significantly different in transformational leadership at .01 in each dimension. The workers with different sex were significantly different at .05 in intellectual stimulation dimensions and significantly different at a level of .01 in management by exception dimension. The workers with different ages, education, positions and occupations were not significantly different in transformational leadership in each dimension.
