Relationship between type of organizational culture and job satisfaction of employees of catering department of Thai airways international company limited at Donmuang international airport
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study on the type of organizational culture of employees in catering department of Thai airways international company limited at Donmuang international airport ,study on the job satisfaction of employees in catering department of
Thai airways international company limited at Donmuang international airport and study on
the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction of employees of catering department of Thai airways international company limited at Donmuang international airport. The sample consisted of 384 people. The data were analyzed by statistical program to find
the percentage ,arithmetic mean ,standard deviation ,chi-square.
The finding were as follows :
1. Employees in catering department of Thai airways international company limited at Donmuang international airport had organizational culture in the form of Bureaucratic Culture.
2. The level of job satisfaction of employee in catering department of Thai airways international company limited at Donmuang international airport. Total aspects at moderate level. By each aspects of job satisfaction in Status , Achievement, Security and Recognition in large level.
3. Type of organizational culture had statistically significant relationship with job satisfaction.
