Abstract:
The Purpose of this research were to study on the Job Satisfaction of staff in Sakaeo crown prince hospital. To comparison level of job satisfaction with gender, age, level of education, working experience, work position, person at status, experience of education and training, consideration in merit.
The sample consisted of 320 people. The reliability is using 5 level of Job satisfaction.
The data were analyzed by statistical program to find the percentage, Arithmetic mean, Standard deviation, t test and F - test
The finding were as follows
1. A level of job satisfaction of staff in Sakaeo Crown Prince Hospital. Total aspects
at moderate level. By each aspects of job satisfaction from maximum level to minimal level. Responsibility, workitsell, Achievement, Co- worker, Security, Policy and administration acceptability and respect, Working condition, Advancement, salary and Benefit

no signification difference at 0.05 level by gender in total aspect

Significant difference at 0.05 level by age in total aspects

Significant difference at 0.05 level by level of education in total aspect

Significant difference at 0.05 level by working experience in total aspect
2.5 The Job satisfaction of staff in Sakaeo Crown Prince hospital. There was no significant difference at 0.05 level by working position in total aspect
