Abstract:
The purpose of this research for studying about The Relationship of the service factor and choosing in financial service product of Krungthai Bank Limited (Public) in Bangkok area in the factor of individual, management factor that can divide as the feature of topology such as gender, age, status, educational level, occupation, and monthly revenue.
The tool that use for collecting the data that is the questionnaires of the factor is relating with choosing in financial service product. The collection of data is giving the questionnaires for the service user of Krungthai Bank Limited (Public) in Bangkok area amount of 15 branches as 400 persons using the data analysis of basic statistic such as percentile value, average values, standard deviation values and Chi squares values.
The result of this research from 400 respondents is summarized:
Female are more use the Credit card and Debit Visas Electron Card than male that they have 31 45 years of age, more married than single. Most of their education is Bachelor of Degree, they are the governor and public business workers and they are the revenue between 14,500 35,000 Bath.
The service factor that is relating with choosing in financial service product as follows: the factor of service product that is important for the service user such as using of credit card because it is comfortable in payment and minor purpose that is the feature of credit card that it is beautiful, modern and attaching the photograph by deducting from their account. The factor of service pricing that it is most important for the service user such as clearly rate of fee setting and minor purpose is the initial price of credit cards application that has low rate. The factor of the place that it is most important for the service user that is providing the seat for the customers who are seat during need to service and minor purpose that is there are a lot of the store that allow the credit card and cut off the price of product. The factor of the market supporting that it is most important for the service user that is they can receive other service from the card membership and minor purpose that has the brochure of the details of each service and they receive the data by suggesting from the officials. The factor of physical environment that is most important for the service user that is internal environment that it is cleaned and minors purposes that is the polite of the officials. The factor of participation in servicing that is most important for the service user that is facilitating, quickly and active service and minor purpose is the knowledge and correcting of the officials in service and they are polite and smile. The factor of service procedure that is most important for the service user that is receiving the queue card for servicing before and after and minor purpose is they has the document for informing the step of service and has the official informs the step of service.
