Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study the level satisfaction of the insured persons towards the medical services provided and to compare the level satisfaction of the insured persons towards the medical services provided by gender, age, educational attainment, civil status, income and sick person kind. The sample of this study was 391 sick person of chaophraya abhaibhubejhr hospital.
The finding were as follows :
1. The level the satisfaction of the insured persons towards the medical services provided
as a whole and each aspect consisted reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibles were moderate.
2. Comparing the satisfaction of the insured persons towards the medical services provided of chaophraya abhaibhubejhr hospital ;
2.1 Gender compared : The satisfaction of the insured persons towards the medical services provided as a whole and each aspect in assurance, tangible had significant difference at the .05 level.
2.2 Sick person kind compared : The satisfaction of the insured persons towards the medical services provided as a whole and each aspect had non significant difference.
2.3 Age compared : The satisfaction of the insured persons towards the medical services provided as a whole and each aspect in assurance, empathy, tangible had significant difference at the .05 level.
2.4 Educational attainment compared : The satisfaction of the insured persons towards the medical services provided as a whole and each aspect non had significant difference at the .05 level except the satisfaction of the insured persons towards the medical services provided in assurance, tangible had significant difference.
2.5 Civil status compared : The satisfaction of the insured persons towards the medical services provided as a whole and each aspect had non significant difference.
2.6 Income compared : The satisfaction of the insured persons towards the medical services provided as a whole and each aspect non had significant difference at the .05 level except the satisfaction of the insured persons towards the medical services provided in assurance, tangible had significant difference at the .05 level.
