Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and compare job satisfaction of customs officer by personal factors such as gender, age, civil status, educational attainment, working experience, income and regional customs gureau. The samples in the study selected from of 294 customs officer. The statistic used for data analysis were percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t - test and F - test at the .05 level of significant.
The finding were as follows :
1. The level of job satisfaction of customs officer as a whole and each aspects (Working Conditions, Colleague, Salary and Benefit, Recognition, Advancement, Responsibility, Achievement) were high.
2. Comparing job satisfaction of customs officer .
2.1 Gender, age, income education attainment and civil status compared :
Job satisfaction of customs officer as a whole and aspect had non significant difference at the .05 level.
2.2 Working experience and regional customs gureau compared : Job satisfaction of customs officer as a whole and each aspect had significant difference at the .05 level.
