Abstract:
The purposes of this research were : to determine accidental factors in factories according to opinions of foremen and operators in 4 aspects-location, plant layout, safety organization and controlling, : and to compare opinions of those respondents as earier mentioned accidental factors, classifying to positions and training experiences. Sample were 392 foremen and operators from 8 factories in Bangkadi Industrial Easte, Pratumtani Province. Questionnaire were used for data collection. They consisted of 2 parts : part one, there were questionnaire of general information of respondents, and the second part consisted of questionnaire on accidental factors in 4 aspects. The data were analysed with percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and t-test. The research results were as follows: 1. Foremen and operators had opinions on accidental factors in 4 aspects as a whole were at moderate level as well as each aspect. They were put in order from the height to the least mean - plant layout, controlling, safety organization and location respectively. 2. Foremen and operators had no statistical significant different opinions on accidental factors. Considering each aspect, their opinions were statistical significant different at .05 level on safety organization and plant layout. 3. Foremen and operators who had training experiences and those who did not have training experiences had no statistical significant different opinions on accidental factors as a whole as well as each aspect.
