Abstract:
This research emphasized the study of Skills and Quality Management of Saint Paul de Chartres SistersSchools Administrators. The main objective of this specific research was to study Skills and Quality Management of Saint Paul de Chartres, and also to study the relationship between each Skill and Quality Management which was composed of academic and personnel quality. At this institute by examining and Contemplating 513 executives, from 33 schools of Saint Paul de Chartres as the sample. Group 1 : Policy School's Executives, 39 persons. Group 2 : Operational Executives, 474 persons. The research findings were as follows: 1. Analysis of administration executives, found that Conceptual Skills had the highest average, followedby Technical Skills, and Human Skills respectively. 2. Analysis of Management Skills according to the opinions of Policy's School's Executives, found that collective of all Management Skills were very proficient. In separate analysis, Human Skills had the highest average, followed by Conceptual Skills, and Technical Skills respectively. According to the opinions of Operational Executives, analysis of all Management Skills were very properous. In separated analysis, Conceptual Skills had the highest average, followed by Technical Skills, and Human Skills respectively. 3. Quality of academic and personnel work in Saint Paul de Chartres School were acceptionally good. The outcome of relation of all Management Skills, namely Conceptual Skills, Human Skills and Technical Skills was the highest positive relation to the quality of all academic work. In separate analysis, Technical Skills had the highest positive relation to the quality of academic work at 0.576. For relation between Management Skills and Personnel quality, they had positive relation together. In separate analysis, Human Skills had the highest positive relation to personnel quality at 0.748. Considering, the relation between Skills and Quality Management which was composed of academic and personnel quality had statistical correlation at 0.01.
