Abstract:
This research aimed to study factors that affected entrepreneurship and turnover of small restaurants in Pattaya according to the study of personal factors and business factors. Researcher has chosen sample from 73 small restaurants in Pattaya, which employ less than 50 employees, has assets less than 20 million baths and also have the license. All the restaurant have visible construction. By using modified questionnaires from Miller and turnover questionnaires.Researchs have chosen the descriptive statistic to indicate percentage mean and standard deviation information. By using t-test to examine the variation of the mean F-test. By using the method of LSD to compare the match and examine the relationship by using Pearson Product Moment CorrelationMost of the entrepreneurs are women, older than 49 years old, bachelor degree graduated, Thai nationality, residential in eastern Thailand, and at least 10 years of experience in working. Most of the owner is alone entrepreneur, more than 10 years of doing business without license, employs less than 10 employees, Thai customers and selling Thai food. Revenue more than 400,000 per month, average benefit per month is more than 150,000 baht, have less revenue profits and customers than the last year. They have the same menu but increasing in cost. Average every 2 months all the employees with be trained.Considered 1th Hypothesis men entrepreneur is highly entrepreneur than women. Entrepreneur in the age between 30-39 is highly entrepreneur. Bachelor degreed graduates are highly entrepreneur. Thai entrepreneur and born in the north are highly entrepreneur. Experienced entrepreneur is highly entrepreneur. At least 10 years of experienced entrepreneur is highly entrepreneur Considered 2th hypothesis type of business has affect on menu beverages and customers. Quality of business has affect on numbers of customers and management cost. Time period of management has affect on average revenue, average profit and beverages. Capital licensed has affect on average revenue and average profit. Numbers of enployee has affect on average revenue, average profit, volatile in revenue, numbers of beverages and time using in customer service. Type of customers has affect on average revenue, average profit and volatile in numbers of customer. Type of food has affect on average revenue, volatile in revenue, and volatile in customers. Entrepreneurship does not have positive effect on small restaurants in Pattaya.
