Abstract: วัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยนี้เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้หลักการการตัดสินใจแบบหลายหลักเกณฑ์ในการประเมินและคัดเลือกผู้ส่งมอบชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักร ผลการวิจัยพบว่าจากปัญหากระบวนการสั่งซื้อแบบเดิมคือ ทำการสั่งซื้อสินค้าจากบริษัทแม่ที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่นอย่างเดียวก่อให้เกิดปัญหาทางด้านจัดซื้อมีความล่าช้าและมีต้นทุนสูง รวมถึงปัญหาในการควบคุมคุณภาพของผู้ขายทางแผนการจัดซื้อทำการจัดตั้งทีมงาน เพื่อทำการคัดเลือกผู้ขายรายใหม่ในประเทศเพื่อนำมาแก้ไขปัญหานี้ โดยนำหลักการ กระบวนการวิเคราะห์ตามลำดับชั้น เข้ามาใช้เพื่อตัดสินใจเลือกผู้ขายที่เหมาะสมที่สุดผลการวิจัยพบว่าบริษัทให้ความสำคัญกับวัตถุประสงค์ คุณภาพ เป็นลำดับแรกลำดับถัดมาจะเป็นความน่าเชื่อถือขององค์กร ลำดับถัดมาจะเป็นด้านราคา ลำดับถัดมาจะเป็นความสามารถในการตอบคำถาม ลำดับต่อมาจะเป็นด้านการบรรจุ และลำดับสุดท้ายคือในด้านของระยะเวลาในการส่งมอบ ทำให้บริษัททราบได้ว่าควรจะเลือกซื้อสินค้าจากบริษัท A เมื่อใช้วิธีกระบวนการวิเคราะห์ตามลำดับชั้น เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการคัดเลือกทำให้มั่นในถึงผลกระทบของต้นทุนและค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดซื้อจัดหา การวิเคราะห์วิธีนี้เพื่อลดต้นทุนโดยรวม หรือเพิ่มคุณค่าทางด้านคุณภาพและบริการ หรือในด้านอื่น ๆ ของซัพพลายเออร์ ถือเป็นรากฐานสำคัญที่นำไปสู่การได้เปรียบในเชิงแข่งขัน

Abstract: The objective of this research is to apply the variety of consisderation principles for an assessment and selection of suppliers to supply the machine parts. The problems of the current purchasing process, which only orders from the Headquarter in Japan, are delayed on the purchasing, higher cost, and Quality Control problem. To solve such problems, Purchasing Department has set the team for selection of new local suppliers utilizing Analytic Hierarchy Process principles for consisderation of the best supplier selection.The team set criteria for supplier selection by focusing on an achievement of Quality as the first objective, followed by reliability of the organization, price, answering ability of the questionnaires, packaging and delivery timeline respectively. These have led the company to select the most qualified suppliers, reduce the impact of cost and consequently, the overall cost is decreased while the level of quality and service prvided by the selected suppliers have improved.
