Abstract:
This research aimed to study "Just in time" technique for materials and parts deliver management. The ABC company, operating material supply and automotive part, pipe fuel filler, were used for the case study. The method to stock matcrials level in warchouse and the concept to improve operational cfficiency by collceting primary and secondary data defining supply chain internal ABC company problem. This special case study on received purchasing order receiving from the customer and effective passing materials into factory line in ABC company. At the end of chapter 4,th author provided additional recommendation to whom interested. Although was beyond the scope of this study, it helped improve material supply management in sustainable way. This is because if would make people know supply chain between organization which presented itself as a important link, not less than supply chain system within "Crossdock" technique to solve the problem in shot term. The result of belting transportation could help company to use new modern machine in production technology of industrial engineer solved the problem in the long run. In addition, the results indicated that "Crossdock" technique solved late delivery with satisfactory level of leading effective delivery of 96.30% (Nov. 2004 -Jan. 2005) if compared with previous delivery at 77.78% (Aug. - Oct. 2004), or better than before 18.52% In long-term operation, using multiple cutter machine coinvested by two companies should be a good method to solve the problem.
