Abstract:
วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการใช้ ความพึงพอใจในการใช้ตลอดจนปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูลควบคุมและติดตามหนี้กรณีศึกษาบริษัทแห่งหนึ่งในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร รวมทั้งศึกษาความต้องการเพิ่มเติมของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อระบบฐานข้อมูลควบคุมและติดตามหนี้ของบริษัทฯ โดยกลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและพนักงานผู้ใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูลของบริษัทดังกล่าว จำนวน 256 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตราฐานผลการวิจัย มีดังนี้1. ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูล พบว่าส่วนใหญ่ผู้ใช้เป็นเพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชาย มีอายุระหว่าง 31-40 ปี โดยส่วนใหญ่จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี ทางด้านการบริหารธุรกิจและการเงินการธนาคาร และตำแหน่งที่รับผิดชอบ คือ ผู้จัดการฝ่ายควบคุมและติดตามหนี้โดยมีประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 3-4 ปีโดยประมาณ2. สภาพการใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูล พบว่าส่วนใหญ่เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกสภาพการชำระหนี้ของลูกหนี้โดยมีการใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูลทุกวัน ประมาณวันละ 6-8 ชั่วโมง ในช่วงเวลาทำงานเช้า-เที่ยง (8.30-12.30) โดยระบบฐานข้อมูลย่อยที่ใชัส่วนใหญ่ คือ ระบบการสืบค้นข้อมูล3. ความพึงพอใจในการใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูล พบว่าผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานผู้ใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูล มีความพึงพอใจด้านฮาร์ดแวร์มากที่สุด โดยเฉพาะในเรื่องความเพียงพอของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ในการใช้งาน ส่วนในด้านระบบฐานข้อมูลและด้านการใช้คู่มือ/การอบรมการใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูล ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจในระดับปานกลาง4. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูล พบว่าส่วนใหญ่มีปัญหาในด้านระบบฐานข้อมูลที่ไม่สามารถเชื่อมโยงไปยังฐานข้อมูลอื่นภายนอกหน่วยงานได้ รองลงมา คือ การใช้งานเวลานานในการสืบค้นข้อมูล การไม่สามารถพิมพ์รายงานเฉพาะส่วนที่ต้องการได้ รวมถึงคู่มือการใช้ที่เป็นภาษาอังกฤษเข้าใจยาก และการขาดการอบรมการใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูลอย่างต่อเนื่องให้แก่ผู้ใช้งาน5. ความต้องการเพิ่มเติมของผู้ใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูล พบว่าส่วนใหญ่ผู้ใช้มีความต้องการให้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์มีประสิทธิภาพดีขึ้น มีความสามารถในการแสดงผลข้อมูลรายวันที่เกิดขึ้นได้ทันที และความสามรถในการดึงข้อมูลไปประมวลผลต่อกับโปรแกรมอื่นของหน่วยงานภายนอกได้จากการเปรียบเทียบ สภาพการใช้ ความพึงพอใจ ปัญหาอุปสรรค และความต้องการเพิ่มเติม ในการใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูล ระหว่างผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงาน พบว่าเพียงบางด้านที่แตกต่างกันเพียงเล็กน้อยเท่านั้น
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study the condition of use, user's satisfaction, as well as problems and additional requirements on using Asset Management System : a acse study of one company in Bangkok. The population used in this study consisted of 256 staff who used the Asset Management System. The research tool used in this study ws a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The statistics used in analysing the data were percentage, mean, and standard error.The results of the study were as follows;1. On general Information of the Asset Management System's users : there were more female users than male ones. Their ages mostly ranged between 30-40 years old. Most of them hold Bachelor's degree in either Business Administrator or Finance or Banking. The position of most users were Asset Manager who had approximately 3-4 years working experience in related fielfs.2. On the usage of the Asset Management System : It was found that the major purpose of using the system was to follow up the loan payment. The system was used mostly every working day for about 6-8 hrs, during 8.30-12.30. The most popular function used was searching data.3. On the user's satisfaction of using the Asset Management System : the research showed that the users were highly satisfied with hardware. Their satisfaction with the database system and its manual were at the medium level.4. On problems of using the Asset Management System : the were some problems found when using the system. The most important ones according to the research of searching data being, unable to print specific reports required, difficulty to understand written manual in English, and irregularly training for the users, respectively.5. The additional requirements on using the Asset Management System, mostly received from users were to increase the speed of computers. They also wanted data on the system to be updated and shown as soon as it changed. Moreover, the ability to upload data for processing with any other programs/systems was required.On the comparison of the usage, the user's satisfaction, problems of using and additional requirements on using the Asset Management System between the executives and staffs, it was found that there were a few aspects that were slightly dirrerent.
