Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to find the level of Mathayom Suksa II students abilities in using science knowledge obtained through SC102 subject in daily life. The samples were 499 students attending a public school in Changwat Prachin Buri in 1991 academic year. The results showed that 1) students with moderate abilities were highest in number while those with high and low abilities were less, 2) a correlation existed between the achievement in SC102 subject and the ability in using science knowledge in daily life at the .01 level of significance, and 3) the students abilities in large schools and the students abilities in medium schools were different at the .01 level of significance, the students abilities in large schools and the students abilities in small schools were different at the .01 level of significance, and the students abilities in medium schools and the students abilities in small schools were different at the .01 level of significance.
