Abstract: การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับผลการดำเนินงานโครงการอาหารกลางวัน และเปรียบเทียบผลการดำเนินงานโครงการอาหารกลางวันของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถม สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 12 ในด้านการวางแผน ด้านงบประมาณและการเงินด้านอาคารสถานที่ที่ใช้ในการดำเนินงาน ด้านแหล่งน้ำดื่มและน้ำใช้ในโรงเรียน ด้านการให้และขอความช่วยเหลือจากชุมชน และด้านการบริการอาหารกลางวันให้แก่นักเรียน จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียนและจังหวัดที่ตั้งของโรงเรียนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 322 คน ครูหัวหน้าโครงการอาหารกลางวัน จำนวน 322 คน รวม 644 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บและรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และสหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายผลการศึกษาค้นคว้าพบว่า1. ผลการดำเนินงานโครงการอาหารกลางวันของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 12 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี เมื่อจำแนกตามขนาดกลางวันอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05 ) ส่วนโรงเรียนขนาดกลางและขนาดใหญ่ มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับผลการดำเนินงานโครงการอาหารกลางวันอยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p <.05) ส่วนโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาที่ตั้งอยู่ในจังหวัดเขตการศึกษา 12 การใช้ปัจจัยในการดำเนินงานโครงการอาหารกลางวันมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับผลการดำเนินงานโครงการอาหารกลางวันอยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) ได้แก่ จังหวัด จันทบุรี ฉะเชิงเทรา ตราด นครนายก ปราจีนบุรี ระยอง และสระแก้ว จังหวัดชลบุรี มีการใช้ปัจจัยในการดำเนินงานสัมพันธ์กับผลการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ( p < .05 )

Abstract: The purposes of study were to compare and to determine factors relating to schools lunch project operation of the elementary schools under the Office of Provincial Primary Education in Educatinal Region 12 in the aspects of planning, budgeting and finance, buildings and grounds for operation, water resources and water supply, community assistance, and school lunch services as classified by school size and location.The sample comprised 322 school administrators, 322 school lunch project durectors; totally 644 subjects. The instrument for collecting the data was a five-choice rating scale questionnaire. The statistical devices used for analyzing the data were, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance, and simple correlation.The findings were as follows :1. The school lunch project operation of the elementary schools in Educational Region 12 as a whole was rated at the good level. The operation as classified by the school size indicated that small school was rated at the moderate level but the middle and large schools were rated at the good level. The schools located in Educational Region 12 as a whole operated the school lunch project at the good level. Classified by the school location, it was found that the elementary schools in Chantaburi, Chachoengsao, Chon Buri , NaKorn Nayok, and Sakaew operated at the good level. The other schools in Trad, Prachinburi, and Rayong operated at the moderate level.2. The comparisons of school lunch project operation of the elementary schools as classified by school size and school location were found significantly different ( p < .05). But the school lunch operation in the elementary schools in Educational Region 12 was also found significantly different ( P < .05).3. The factors used for the school lunch project operation of the elementary schools in Educational Region 12 as a whole were rated at the high level in the aspcets of planning, budgeting and finance, school plant for project operation, water supply, ann school lunch service. As for the aids and assistance from the community were rated at the moderate level.4. The comparison of factors used for school lunch project operation in the elementary schools as classified by school sizw and location were found significatly different ( p < .05 ).5. The factors used for school lunch project operation as in the small schools were found moderately correlated with the project operation with statistical significance ( p < .05 ). As for the factors used in the medium and large schools were found highly correlated with the project operation with statistical significane ( p < .05 ). The elementary schools located in Educational Region 12 used the factors for school lunch project operation were found highly correlated with the project operation with statistical significance ( p< .05 ) in Chantaburi , Chachoengsao, Trad, Nakorn Nayok, Prachinburi, Rayong, and Sakaew. As for Chon Buri, the factors used for school lunch project operation were found moderately correlated with the project operation with statistical significance ( p < .05 ).
