Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to determine administrative problems of The Project on Learning Together, Improving Our Community under the Ministry of University Affairs and to compare the administrative problems classified by types of institutions and working areas, including to muster the suggestions for solving problems from the project managersThe sample used in this study consisted of 93 project managers from higher institutions throughout Thailand A rating scale questionnair was used to determine the administrative problems of the Project on Learning Together, Improving Our Community. The questionnair was composed of 50 items, including some open-ended questions. Data were analyzed in terms of percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance amd least significant difference using the computer program of SPSS for windows.The results of this study revealed that overall administrative problems of the Project on Learning Together, Improving Our Community were rated at moderate level. the comparison of the problems classified by types of institutions and eorking areas showed that :1. There was non-significant difference among four types of institutions2. There were significant difference among six working areas in overall administrative problems and in the aspects of resource allocation and evaluation (p<.05)Most of the suggestions from project managers were about the improving of planning, evaluation and resource allocation
