Abstract: ภาคนิพนธ์เรื่อง คุณภาพชีวิตตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงและคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของประชาชนโครงการหนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ ตำบลหินฮาว อำเภอหล่มเก่า จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงและคุณภาพชีวิต ในการทำงาน และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงและคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงาน รวมทั้งคุณภาพชีวิตตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงและคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ของประชาชนโครงการหนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ ตำบล หินฮาว อำเภอหล่มเก่า จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาประชาชนโครงการหนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ หมู่ที่ 7 บ้านภูผักไซ่ ตำบลหินฮาว อำเภอหล่มเก่า จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 101 ครัวเรือน พบว่า ประชาชนโครงการหนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ ตำบลหินฮาว อำเภอหล่มเก่า จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง โดยมีอายุระหว่าง 20 - 30 ปี ระดับการศึกษา ประถมศึกษาหรือต่ำกว่า สถานภาพ สมรสแล้ว มีรายได้ต่อเดือน 5,001 บาทขึ้นไป มีรายจ่าย ต่อเดือน 5,001 บาทขึ้นไป ระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน 1 - 6 ปี การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้ แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการทดสอบสมมุติฐานพบว่า ด้านคุณภาพชีวิตตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของประชาชนโครงการหนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ ตำบลหินฮาว อำเภอหล่มเก่า จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ มีคุณภาพชีวิตตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงด้านความมีเหตุผลมีระดับการปฏิบัติมากที่สุด และ มีคุณภาพชีวิตตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงด้านอื่นๆ มีระดับการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานพบว่า ประชาชนโครงการหนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ ตำบลหินฮาว อำเภอหล่มเก่า จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ มีความพึงพอใจคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานทุกด้านมีระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้นด้านค่าตอบแทนมีระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และด้านคุณภาพชีวิตตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ประชาชนโครงการหนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ ตำบลหินฮาว อำเภอหล่มเก่า จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้าน เพศ อายุ การศึกษา สถานภาพ และรายได้ต่างกัน มีคุณภาพชีวิตตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงแตกต่างกัน ส่วนปัจจัยอื่นๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลพบว่า ประชาชนโครงการหนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ ตำบลหินฮาว อำเภอหล่มเก่า จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้าน อายุ สถานภาพ มีคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานด้านค่าตอบแทน แตกต่างกัน ส่วนปัจจัยอื่นๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ด้านคุณภาพชีวิตตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของประชาชนโครงการหนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ ตำบลหินฮาว อำเภอหล่มเก่า จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ควรมีการ อบรมส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนดำเนินชีวิตโดยยึดหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ส่วนด้านคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงาน ควรมีการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และราคาและมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ประชาชนทั่วไปได้ รู้จักผลิตภัณฑ์ของโครงการมากขึ้น ควรจัดตั้งกลุ่มออมทรัพย์ในโครงการ เพื่อเป็นหลักประกันความมั่นคงให้กับสมาชิกของโครงการ

Abstract: This term paper on “The Quality of Life according to Sufficiency Economy and the Quality of Work Life of the Villagers under the OTOP (One Tambol One Product) Scheme of Hinhow Sub-District, Lomkao District, Petchaboon Province” was aimed to study the Quality of Life according to Sufficiency Economy and the Quality of Work Life, and examine the relation between the Quality of Life according to Sufficiency Economy and the Quality of Life as well as the Quality of Life according to Sufficiency Economy and the Quality of Work Life classified by personal factors of the Villagers under the OTOP (One Tambol One Product) Scheme of Hinhow Sub-District, Lomkao District, Petchaboon Province. The demographic sample participated in this study was the villagers of Hinhow Sub-District, Lomkao District, Petchaboon Province, totaling 101 households, mostly females aged between 20 and 30, married, having the academic qualifications of primary education or lower, earning incomes of Baht 5,001 or up, having expenditures of more than Baht 5,001 or up, and having a range of practice periods from 1 to 6 years. The data were collected by means of the questionnaire and were analyzed by using the statistics in Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient. The results of the hypothetical test showed that the villagers under the OTOP (One Tambol One Product) Scheme of Hinhow Sub-District, Lomkao District, Petchaboon Province adopted the Quality of Life according to Sufficiency Economy in the area of Reasonableness into practice at the highest level, while the other areas were adopted into practice at the high level. The study found that the villagers under the OTOP (One Tambol One Product) Scheme of Hinhow Sub-District, Lomkao District, Petchaboon province were highly satisfied with the Quality of Work Life in every area except remuneration with which the villagers were moderately satisfied. Upon having classified the database by personal factors of the villagers under the OTOP (One Tambol One Product) Scheme of Hinhow Sub-District, Lomkao District, Petchaboon Province, the study found that the Villagers’ Quality of Life according to Sufficiency Economy were different by individual characteristics in sex, age, education background, marital status and income level whilst others made no difference at the statistical significance level of 0.05. As for the Quality of Work Life classified by personal factors of the villagers under the OTOP (One Tambol One Product) Scheme of Hinhow Sub - District, Lomkao District, Petchaboon Province, the study found difference in Villagers’ Quality of Work Life with regard to remuneration by individual characteristics in age and marital status, while others made no difference at the statistical significance level of 0.05. Recommendations: On the Quality of Life according to Sufficiency Economy of the Villagers under the OTOP (One Tambol One Product) Scheme of Hinhow Sub - District, Lomkao District, Petchaboon Province, the villagers should be taught and trained to live by the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy. As for the Quality of Work Life, local products and its prices should be publicized to make them better known to the general public, additionally; a saving group under the OTOP scheme should be established to provide security to the members of the program.
