Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการพักอาศัยในอาคารสงเคราะห์ ของพนักงานสำนักงานสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาลที่อยู่อาศัยในอาคารสงเคราะห์ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจในการพักอาศัยในอาคารสงเคราะห์ จำแนกตามลักษณะปัจจัย ส่วนบุคคล และเพื่อศึกษาความต้องการที่อยู่อาศัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พนักงานสำนักงานสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล ที่อยู่อาศัยในอาคารสงเคราะห์ จำนวน 184 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน Z - test และ One Way ANOVA เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบเลือกตอบและแบบมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น = 0.857 ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 31 - 40 ปี โดยมีการศึกษาตั้งแต่ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป อัตราเงินเดือน 10,001 - 15,000 บาท ทำงานมา 11 - 15 ปี ตำแหน่ง ซี 3 - ซี 5 และส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในชั้นที่ 2 มาเป็นเวลา 8 ปี ผู้อยู่อาศัยมีความพึงพอใจในการพักอาศัยในอาคารสงเคราะห์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาแยกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่าง มีความพึงพอใจในด้านทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในระดับสูง ในขณะที่มีความพึงพอใจในด้านตัวอาคาร สภาพแวดล้อม และบริการส่วนกลาง ในระดับปานกลาง และพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ มีความต้องการที่อยู่อาศัย โดยมีระยะเวลาที่จะซื้อที่อยู่อาศัย 3 ปีขึ้นไป โดยลักษณะเป็นแบบบ้านเดี่ยว เหตุผลเนื่องจากต้องการมีบ้านเป็นของตนเอง นอกจากนี้พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีเพศ อายุ ต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจในการพักอาศัยในอาคารสงเคราะห์ไม่แตกต่างกัน ในขณะที่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มี ระดับตำแหน่งงาน อายุงาน ระดับการศึกษา และอัตราเงินเดือนแตกต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจในการพักอาศัยในอาคารสงเคราะห์ต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ข้อเสนอแนะ ผู้เกี่ยวข้องควรปรับปรุงทำความสะอาดทาสีใหม่ให้ตัวอาคารดูสวยงาม ใช้สีที่คงทน และระบายความร้อนได้ดี ในกรณีที่วางแผนสร้างตัวอาคารใหม่ควรออกแบบตัวอาคารให้ดู ทันสมัย สะดุดตา รวมทั้งเน้นถึงประโยชน์ใช้สอยให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของผู้อยู่อาศัยสำหรับสถาบันการเงิน และควรเสนอโครงการสินเชื่อเพื่อที่อยู่อาศัยให้แก่พนักงานสำนักงานสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล เพื่อตอบสนองต่อความต้องการที่อยู่อาศัยของพนักงาน

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to study level of residence satisfaction living at Public Housing among employees’ The Government Lottery Office and to compare the residence satisfaction based on demographic factor. The sample consisted 184 employees of The Government Lottery Office. The analysis was carried out through the use of descriptive statistics such as percentage, means, standard deviation as well as quantitative statistics such as t - test Z - test and One Way ANOVA. The research material used was the questionnaire consisting of multiple choice as well as check list questions. The results were them measured through a rating scale and then evaluated and analyzed through the Successtion Program. The results of the finding were summarized as below : (1) Majority of samples were female, age between 31 - 40 years old and their educational level were higher or equivalent to bachelor’s degree with the salary of 10,001 - 15,000 baht. Most of them have working period 11 - 15 years and were C 3 - C 5 position. Most of them lived at 2nd floor and have been living for 8 years. (2) The overall residences satisfaction living at Public Housing was at the moderate level. When considered each aspect, it was found that on aspect of building, environment, and service were at moderate level. Whereas aspect on location was at high level. (3) Majority of samples needed for buying single house and intention to buy more than 3 years. Besides, the most reason for living was having own house. (4) The samples with different gender and age were not difference with residence satisfaction living at Public Housing, But interestingly, the samples with different working period, position, educational level, salary were statistical significant difference at 0.05 level. For the suggestions, there should be renovate the old building with using long lasting color and ventilation. In case of build new properties, there should be focus on great conceptual design and interior decoration including efficient space utility to suit the customers’ needs. Financial institute should provide housing loan service for employee of the Government Lottery Office those would like to buy a new home.
