Abstract:
The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the level of the participation in operating of Member of Small and Micro Community Enterprises in Pathumthani Province and 2) to compare the level of the participation in operating of Member of Small and Micro Community Enterprises according to personal status.
Samples of this survey research were 343 Member of Small and Micro Community Enterprises at three districts, Pathumthani Province, comprising of 101 Member at Muang District, 107 Member at Lamlookga District and 135 Member at Thunyaburi District. The instrument for collecting data was a set of questionnaire with reliability 0.9936. The questionnaire returns were 95.04 percent. The statistics of for analyzing data was descriptive statistics : frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypothesis were tested by F-test with the statistically significant level at 0.05 and analysis of pair comparison by using Scheffe.
The findings of this study were : the participation in operating of Member of Small and Micro Community Enterprises was totally at average level, However, benefit and implementation participation were high level, best decision making and evaluation participation were average level. Moreover, the hypothetical test showed that the differences in educational background, incomes, periods of member and training experiences resulted in the differences of the participation in operating of Member of Small and Micro Community Enterprises were statistically significant at 0.05 level, except the type of Member of Small and Micro Community Enterprises
