Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาทัศนะของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัด ประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอขุขันธ์ จังหวัด ศรีสะเกษ 2) เปรียบเทียบทัศนะของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ของศูนย์พัฒนา เด็กเล็ก องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอขุขันธ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับ การศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้รวมต่อเดือน และ 3) ศึกษาข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ปกครองใน การจัดการเรียนการสอนของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอ ขุขันธ์ จังหวัด ศรีสะเกษ ในด้านบุคลากรและการบริหารจัดการ ด้านอาคารสถานที่สิ่งแวดล้อมและความ ปลอดภัย ด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและการสนับสนุนจาก ชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนที่ส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กใน อำเภอขุขันธ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ปีการศึกษา 2552 จำนวน 360 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แบบสอบถามทัศนะของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สถิติ ที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t-test การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของ เชฟเฟ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง จำนวน 238 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 66.10 เป็นเพศชาย จำนวน 122 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 33.90 มีอายุระหว่าง 31- 40 ปี จำนวน 171 คนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 47.50 มีการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา จำนวน 152 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 42.20 ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรม จำนวน 177 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 49.20 และมีรายได้รวมของผู้ปกครอง ต่อเดือนต่ำกว่า 5,000 บาท จำนวน 198 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 55.00 2. ทัศนะของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ของศูนย์พัฒนา เด็กเล็ก โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.54 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.53 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็น รายด้าน พบว่า ด้านบุคลากรและการบริหารจัดการ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมา คือ ด้าน อาคารสถานที่ สิ่งแวดล้อม และความปลอดภัย ด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร และด้าน การมีส่วนร่วมและการสนับสนุนจากชุมชน ตามลำดับ 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบทัศนะของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ ของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จำแนกตาม ภูมิหลังของผู้ปกครอง พบว่า 1) ผู้ปกครองที่มีเพศต่างกันมี ทัศนะต่อการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2) ผู้ปกครองที่มีอายุต่างกันมีทัศนะต่อการจัดประสบการณ์การ เรียนรู้ของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) ผู้ปกครองที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมี ทัศนะต่อการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4) ผู้ปกครองที่มีอาชีพต่างกันมีทัศนะต่อการจัดประสบการณ์การ เรียนรู้ของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 5) ผู้ปกครองที่มีรายได้รวมต่อเดือน ต่างกันมีทัศนะต่อการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่าง กัน 4. ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับทัศนะของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ ของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ด้านบุคลากรและการบริหารจัดการ ควรปรับปรุงและพัฒนาในเรื่อง ผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นมีนโยบายและแผนงบประมาณที่ชัดเจนในการส่งเสริมและ สนับสนุนการพัฒนาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นมีความรู้ความเข้าใจ และให้ความสำคัญในการดำเนินการด้านการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก และผู้ประกอบอาหาร มีความรู้เรื่องโภชนาการและอาหาร ด้านอาคารสถานที่ สิ่งแวดล้อม และความปลอดภัย ควร ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาในเรื่องการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์รักษาความปลอดภัยหรือเครื่องตัดไฟบริเวณอาคาร ห้องน้ำ ห้องส้วม ถูกสุขลักษณะและมีจำนวนเพียงพอ ห้องเรียนมีเพียงพอและเหมาะสมกับการ จัดประสบการณ์ให้กับเด็กเล็ก ด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร ควรปรับปรุงและพัฒนาใน เรื่อง จัดให้มีการแนะนำการเรียนการสอนโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ผู้ปกครองมีโอกาสวางแผนกิจกรรม ร่วมกับศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และมีสื่อการเรียนการสอนเพียงพอกับจำนวนเด็ก และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและการสนับสนุนจากชุมชน ควรปรับปรุงและพัฒนาในเรื่อง มีกองทุนส่งเสริม การดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก มีการระดมทรัพยากรเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก การสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมใน การแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอน The research aimed to 1) study Opinions children’s Parents of at the child development centers under the Local Administration Organizations in Khukhan district of Sisaket province and 2) compare Opinions of parents of children at the child development centers under the Local Administration Organizations in Khukhan district of Sisaket province and 3) get recommendations from the parents concerned in respect to staff, management, buildings, environment, security, learning, curricular activities and poplar participation and support. The sample groups were the parents of children of the child development centers in Khukhan district of Sisaket province in 2009 for 360 people. the instruments used were the questionnaires concerning the opinions of children’s parents on learning management carried out by the child development centers under the Local Administration Organizations in Khukhan district of Sisaket. Statistics used to analyze data were percentage, standard deviation, t-test, one way variance analysis and a pair comparison by the means of Cheffe’s method. The research findings were as follows: 1. The subjects under the study totaled 238. The majority of them were females accounting for 66. 10%. 122 of them were males accounting for 33.90%. 171 or 47.50% of the sample groups was aged between 31-40 years. 42.20 % finished the primary school. 177 of the subjects or 49.20 % had a farming occupation. 198 of them or 55.00% had a lower than 5,000 bath income per month. 2. As regards the learning management by the child development centers, the parents held that the management was at a high level with the average of 3.54 and the standard deviation of 0.53. Concerning individual aspects, it was found that staff and management ranked highest. Other aspects as arranged in a descending order were the buildings, environment, security, learning activities, popular participation and support. 3. As for the background of children’s parents, it was found that 1) the parents different in sex held different Opinions towards learning management by the child centers at a statistical significance of .05. 2) The parents different in age did not hold different Opinions towards the learning management. 3) The parents with different educational levels held different Opinions towards learning management at a statistical significance of .05. 4) The parents with different occupations did not hold different Opinions towards learning management. 5) The parents with different income did not hold different Opinions towards learning management. 4. The suggestion about the attitude of children’s parents the child development center; The administration manage and personal should adjust about administrate the organization governs local have the policy and budget distinct plan in the push and supporters the child development child center. The administration well known and notice for these; the nutrition and the food , building side , place , environment , and the safety or , cut area building fire , bathroom, lavatory , touch the hygienic condition and have enough amount , a classroom has enough and is appropriate experience arrangement give with the small children , the academic and the activity traditionally a formula, should adjust and develop in about these, there is the funds encourages blackness work of the child development child center, there is mobilizing resource for operating supporting of the child development childcenter, budget supporting and everyone must try to helping together; design and develop about teaching method.
