Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินโครงการหลักสูตรห้องเรียนพิเศษของ โรงเรียนดีบุกพังงาวิทยายน และเพื่อเสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาโครงการฯ วิธีการศึกษา เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการประเมิน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 4 คน คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา 14 คน ครูผู้สอนห้องเรียนพิเศษ 63 คน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนห้องเรียน พิเศษ 92 คน และนักเรียนห้องเรียนพิเศษ 60 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 233 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวม ข้อมูลครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถามการประเมินโครงการ 2 ฉบับ คือ ฉบับที่ 1 ผู้บริหารและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง ฉบับที่ 2 ผู้เรียนห้องเรียนพิเศษ และแบบสัมภาษณ์ โดยใช้รูปแบบการประเมินแบบซิป (CIPP Model) เป็นกรอบในการประเมินโครงการ 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านบริบทแวดล้อม (Context) ด้านปัจจัย นำเข้า (Input) ด้านกระบวนการ (Process) และด้านผลผลิต (Product) มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นตาม วิธีการของครอนบาค ฉบับที่ 1 เท่ากับ .95 ฉบับที่ 2 เท่ากับ .90 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( X ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการประเมินโครงการหลักสูตรห้องเรียนพิเศษโรงเรียนดีบุกพังงาวิทยายน โดยภาพรวมของกลุ่มผู้บริหารและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง (กลุ่มที่ 1) และผู้เรียน (กลุ่มที่ 2) พบว่า มีการปฏิบัติ ระดับมาก 2. ผลการประเมินโครงการจำ แนกรายด้านพบว่า ด้านบริบทแวดล้อม ด้านผลผลิต ด้านกระบวนการ มีการปฏิบัติระดับมาก ยกเว้นด้านปัจจัยนำเข้าของกลุ่มผู้บริหาร และผู้เกี่ยวข้องมีการปฏิบัติระดับปานกลาง ผลการประเมินด้านกระบวนการและด้านผลผลิตของ ผู้เรียน (กลุ่มที่ 2) มีการปฏิบัติระดับมากโดยมีความสอดคล้องกับผลการประเมินของกลุ่มที่ 1 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาโครงการด้านบริบทแวดล้อม ชุมชนควรมีการส่งเสริม สนับสนุนโครงการในการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมประสบการณ์ โดยโรงเรียนต้องสร้างความศรัทธา ให้นักเรียน ผู้ปกครอง ชุมชนเห็นจุดเด่นของโครงการที่เหนือกว่าโรงเรียนทั่วไป และให้เห็น ความสำเร็จ ความก้าวหน้าของนักเรียนในโครงการในการสอบเข้าศึกษาต่อ ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ควรมีการเตรียมความพร้อมของผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านการบริหารโครงการ และด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ และควรได้รับการสนับสนุนเพิ่มเติมจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐานในด้านต่างๆ ด้านกระบวนการ โรงเรียนควรมีการนิเทศการดำเนินงานของโครงการ อย่างต่อเนื่องและควรนำข้อคิดเห็นข้อเสนอแนะของผู้เกี่ยวข้องมาปรับปรุงโครงการต่อไป และด้าน ผลผลิตควรมีการพัฒนาทักษะของผู้เรียนด้านการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารและการค้นคว้า อย่างมีคุณภาพ The research has a purpose to evaluate the Special Classroom Curriculum Project of Deebuk Phangnga Wittayayon School and propose the guidelines to improve and develop the project. The methodology of the research is surveying. The sample groups in evaluation comprised of 4 school administrators, 14 school committee members, 63 teachers of the special classroom, 92 people of students’ parents of the special classroom and 60 students of the special classroom, and the total number is 233 people. The tools of data collection are questionnaire of evaluation and interviewing. The evaluation has been conducted by using the CIPP Model as the framework of project evaluation in 4 areas, namely the Context, Input, Process and Product. It has a confidence value based on the methodology of Cronbach, the first issue is at .95, the second issue is at .90. The statistics, employed in data analysis, are percentage, mean ( X ), standard deviation (S.D.) and content analysis. Results of the research are as follows : 1. The result of evaluation of the Special Classroom Curriculum Project of Deebuk Phangnga Wittayayon School, which is overviewed by the group ofexecutives and concerned people (the first group) and students (the second group), in terms of practice is found at high level. 2. The result of individual evaluation of the Project is found that in terms of the Context, Product, Process, in terms of practice is found at high level, except the Input of the executives and concerned people, in terms of practice is found at moderate level. While the result of evaluation about the Process and Product of students (the second group), in terms of practice is found at high level, which is in accordance with the result of evaluation of the first group. 3. The guideline for developing the project in terms of context is to convince the students and parents to realize the prominent point of the project over other schools i.e. the success in passing an entrance examination to further their studies, with an aim to make them have faith in the project. Regarding the Input, it should have an additional budget from the Office of the Basic Education Commission to equip the schools with better teaching materials, tools and to have more activities. Concerning the Process, it should be more emphasized on the content and more practical-oriented. Regarding the Product, it should have an intensive exam to test their knowledge, both theoretical and practical.
