Abstract:
การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของประชาชนที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายงานป้องกันและปราบปรามของ สถานีตำรวจนครบาลดอนเมือง จำแนกตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด อาชีพหลัก รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน สถานภาพสมรส ลักษณะที่อยู่อาศัย และประสบการณ์การตกเป็นเหยื่ออาชญากรรม การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นประชาชน จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธี เชฟเฟ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ประชาชนที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 20 ถึง 30 ปี ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุดปริญญาตรี อาชีพหลักทำงานเอกชน รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 20,001 บาทขึ้นไป สถานภาพโสด ลักษณะที่อยู่อาศัยเป็นบ้านเดี่ยว และไม่เคยมีประสบการณ์ตกเป็นเหยื่ออาชญากรรม
2. ความคาดหวังของประชาชนที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สายงานป้องกันและปราบปรามของสถานีตำรวจนครบาลดอนเมือง ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ
ความคาดหวังมากที่สุด และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีระดับความคาดหวังมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการอำนวยความยุติธรรมเป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมาด้านการปฏิบัติหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ ด้านบุคลิกภาพ และด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ตามลำดับ
3. ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ประชาชนที่มีระดบการศึกษาสูงสุดและ อาชีพหลักแตกต่างกันมีความคาดหวังของประชาชนที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายงานป้องกันและปราบปรามของสถานีตำรวจนครบาลดอนเมือง ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 ประชาชนที่มีอายุแตกต่างกันมีความคาดหวังของประชาชนที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายงานป้องกันและปราบปรามของสถานีตำรวจนครบาลดอนเมือง ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ประชาชนที่มีเพศแตกต่างกัน มีความคาดหวังของประชาชนที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สายงานป้องกันและปราบปรามของสถานีตำรวจนครบาลดอนเมือง ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนประชาชนที่มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน สถานภาพการสมรส ลักษณะที่อยู่อาศัยและประสบการณ์การตกเป็นเหยื่ออาชญากรรมแตกต่างกันมีความคาดหวังของประชาชนที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายงานป้องกันและปราบปรามของสถานีตำรวจนครบาลดอนเมือง ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
The research title The Expectation of People to the Duty Operation of Crime Prevention and Law Enforcement Police at Donmuang Metropolitan Police Station aimed to study and to compare the opinion of the expectation of people to the duty operation of crime prevention and law enforcement police at Donmuang Metropolitan Police Station classified by peoples background as gender, age, highest educational level, mainly occupation, average monthly income, marriage status, type of residence and crime victim experience. It was a survey research, conducted among a sample group of 400 people. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire with the reliability of 0.97. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe matched pair comparison.
The research found that:
1. Most of the people were female, age between 20 - 30 years, the bachelor degree of highest educational level, private sector officers of mainly

occupation, average monthly income at more than 20,001 baht, single status, household residence and had never been crime victim.
2. The expectation of people to the duty operation of crime prevention and law enforcement police at Donmuang Metropolitan Police Station as a whole was at the most expectation level. Considering each aspect, it was found that the first priority was in the aspect of justice process, after that the aspect of duty operation and responsibility, the aspect of personality, and the aspect of human relation respectively.
3. The hypothesis testing found that the people who had different highest educational level and mainly occupation had the expectation to the duty operation of crime prevention and law enforcement police at Donmuang Metropolitan Police Station in the overview differently at statistical significance of .001. The people who had different age had the expectation to the duty operation of crime prevention and law enforcement police at Donmuang Metropolitan Police Station differently at statistical significance of .01. The people who had different gender had the expectation to the duty operation of crime prevention and law enforcement police at Donmuang Metropolitan Police Station in the overview differently at statistical significance of .05. But the people who had different average monthly income, marriage status, type of residence and crime victim experience had the expectation to the duty operation of crime prevention and law enforcement police at Donmuang Metropolitan Police Station in the overview indifferently.
