Abstract:
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดการศึกษาระดับก่อนประถมศึกษาของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชนเขตพระโขนงกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามภูมิหลังของผู้ปกครอง เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ปกครอง นักเรียน จาก 6 โรงเรียน รวมทั้งสิ้น 3,100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานt-test, F-test และเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีเชฟเฟ
ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่า
1. สถานภาพของผู้ปกครองที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นหญิง ร้อยละ 75.3 อายุระหว่าง 36-45 ปี ร้อยละ 54.6 วุฒิการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 46.4 รายได้ของครัวเรือน ระหว่าง7,500-15,000 บาท ร้อยละ 63.2 และอาชีพรับจ้าง ร้อยละ 33.7
2. ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดการศึกษาระดับก่อนประถมศึกษา ทั้ง 6 ด้านในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีความคาดหวังในด้านการประเมินผลเป็นอันดับ 1 รองลงมาคือ ด้านการจัดประสบการณ์และกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านครูผู้สอน ด้านการอำนวยความสะดวกและบริการอื่นๆ ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม ตามลำดับ
3. การทดสอบสมมติฐาน ในภาพรวมพบว่า ผู้ปกครองที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ของครัวเรือนและอาชีพต่างกัน มีความคาดหวังต่อการจัดการศึกษาในระดับก่อนประถมศึกษาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนผู้ปกครองที่มีเพศต่างกัน พบว่ามีความคาดหวังต่อการจัดการศึกษาในระดับก่อนประถมศึกษาไม่แตกต่างกันThe purposes of this research were to study and compare the expectations of parents towards the pre-primary education management of schools under the supervision of Phra Khanong District Private Education Commission Office, Bangkok Metropolis, classified by parents background. A survey research consisted of 3,100 samples of the students parents from 6 schools. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire with the reliability of 0.92. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and pairing comparison by Scheffe method.
The results of the study showed that:
1. The status of the sampling parents were mostly females at 75.3%; ages between 36-45 year old at 54.6%; education levels of lower than bachelors degree at 46.4%, household incomes between 7,500-15,000 baht at 63.2%, and occupation of employees at 33.7%.
2. The parents expectations towards the pre-primary education management on the 6 aspects for the whole samples was at intermediate level; while the expectations on the evaluation aspect came first. Second was the expectations on the provision of experience and learning activities, the teachers, the facilities and other services, the teaching media and environment management, respectively.
3. The test of hypothesis for the whole showed that, parents with different ages, education levels, household incomes, and occupations, had different expectations towards the pre-primary education management with statistical significant at .05, while parents with different gender did not show different expectations towards the pre-primary education management.
