Abstract:
การวิจัยเรื่องปัญหาอุปสรรคการปฏิรูปการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบ ปัญหาอุปสรรคการปฏิรูปการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง จำแนกตาม เพศ, อายุ, ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือ อาจารย์ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง ปีการศึกษา 2548 จำนวน 170 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ, ค่าเฉลี่ย, ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน, t test, การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way ANOVA) และทดสอบเป็นรายคู่ โดยวิธีของ Scheffe
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. สถานภาพของอาจารย์ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 54.70 อายุ 26 ปี 35 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 34.70 ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 72.90 และประสบการณ์ในการสอน มากกว่า 20 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 28.20
2. ปัญหาอุปสรรคการปฏิรูปการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 1 ด้าน คือ การเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองและจากระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ดังนี้ ด้านการขยายการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีและการฝึกงาน ด้านการเรียนรู้ลักษณะสหวิทยาการ ด้านการสร้างสมรรถนะอาชีพในสถานศึกษา ด้านการสร้างความแข็งแกร่งทางภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ และด้านการจัดทำโครงงาน ตามลำดับ
3. ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานเพื่อเปรียบเทียบ ปัญหาอุปสรรคการปฏิรูปการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง พบว่า ในภาพรวม อาจารย์ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง ที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีปัญหาอุปสรรคการปฏิรูปการเรียนรู้ แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 อาจารย์ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง ที่มีอายุ, ระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน ในภาพรวมมีปัญหาอุปสรรคการปฏิรูปการเรียนรู้ ไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการสอน โดยในภาพรวม พบว่า อาจารย์ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการสอน ต่างกัน มีปัญหาอุปสรรคการปฏิรูปการเรียนรู้ แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญท างสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The research, Problems and Obstacles in Learning Reform of Educational Institutions under the Office of Vocational Education Commission, Muang District, Lampang Province, aimed to study and compare the problems and obstacles in learning reform of educational institutions under the Office of Vocational Education Commission, Muang District, Lampang Province. It was classified by gender, age, educational level, and teaching experience. The sample group consisted of 170 lecturers of educational institutions under the Office of Vocational Education Commission, Muang District, Lampang Province, academic year 2005. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire with the reliability of 0.97. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe matched pair comparison.
The research found that :
1. Most of the participating lecturers of educational institutions under the Office of Vocational Education Commission, Muang District, Lampang Province or 54.7% were male, while 34.7% of those lecturers were between 26-35 years of age. Out of all, 72.9% of them had Bachelor's degree, and 28.2% had over 20 years of work experience.
2. Overall, the problems and obstacles in learning reform of educational institutions under the Office of Vocational Education Commission, Muang District, Lampang Province were at medium level. When considering by aspects, the aspect of self - learning, and learning by using information technology was at high level. The others, such as the aspects of bilateralness and apprenticeship systematic enhancement, interdisciplinary accent learning systematization, creation of career performance in institution, formation of theoretical and practical strengths, including project organization were at fair level, respectively.
3. The hypothesis testing to compare the problems and obstacles in learning reform of educational institutions under the Office of Vocational Education Commission, Muang District, Lampang Province showed that, as a whole, lecturers with different gender had different problems and obstacles in learning reform at statistical significance of .001. As a whole, lecturers of educational institutes under the Office of Vocational Education Commission, Muang District, Lampang Province, with different age, and educational level had similar problems and obstacles in learning reform. When classified by teaching experience, overall, it was found that lecturers of educational institutions under the Office of Vocational Education Commission, Muang District, Lampang Province with different teaching experience had different problems and obstacles in learning reform at statistical significance of .01.
