Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบปัญหาและความต้องการในการสอน สิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษาของครูสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จำแนกตามข้อมูลพื้นฐานของครูด้านเพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ การสอน กลุ่มประสบการณ์ที่รับผิดชอบ และการปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นในโรงเรียนนอกเหนือจากงาน การสอน ดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงาน การประถมศึกษาอำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2546 รวมทั้งสิ้น 152 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถาม ปัญหาในการสอน สิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.95 แบบสอบถามความต้องการในการสอนสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-te st และ ANOVA
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ครูที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 90.79 มีอายุ สูงกว่า 40 ปี ร้อยละ 86.18 มีวุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 95.39 มีประสบการณ์การสอน สูงกว่า 20 ปี ร้อยละ 73.03 รับผิดชอบสอนกลุ่มประสบการณ์สร้างเสริมประสบการณ์ชีวิต ร้อยละ 21.71 และปฏิบัติหน้าที่งานกิจกรรม นักเรียนและงานโครงการ ในโรงเรียนนอกเหนือจากงานสอน ร้อยละ 56.58
2. ครูมีปัญหาในการสอนสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า มีปัญหาในการสอนสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ทุกด้าน โดยมีปัญหาในด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมา คือ ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผลด้านงบประมาณและด้านบุคลากร ตามลำดับ
3. ครูมีความต้องการในการสอนสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า มีความต้องการในการสอนสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก ทุกด้าน โดยมีความต้องการในด้านงบประมาณ อยู่ในระดับมาก เป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมาคือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านบุคลากรและด้านการวัดผลประเมินผล ตามลำดับ
4. ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ครูผู้สอนที่มีเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ที่รับผิดชอบสอนและปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นนอกเหนือจากงานสอนต่างกัน มีปัญหาใน การสอนสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษาในภาพรวมและทุกด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนครูที่มีอายุต่างกัน มีปัญหาในการสอนสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา ในภาพรวม ด้านบุคลากร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนและด้าน การวัดผลประเมินผล แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01, .001, .05 และ .01 ตามลำดับ และครูที่มีประสบการณ์การสอนต่างกัน มีปัญหาในการสอนสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา ในภาพรวม ด้านบุคลากรและด้านการวัดผลประเมินผล แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05, .01 และ .05 ตามลำดับ
5. ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ครูที่มีเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา กลุ่มประสบการณ์ที่รับผิดชอบสอนและปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นนอกเหนือจากงานสอนต่างกัน มีความต้องการในการสอนสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา ในภาพรวมและทุกด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนครูที่มีอายุต่างกัน มีความต้องการในการสอนสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา ในภาพรวม ด้านบุคลากร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านงบประมาณ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 ส่วนด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และครูที่มีประสบการณ์การสอนต่างกัน มีความต้องการในการสอนสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา ด้านบุคลากรและด้านงบประมาณ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ .01 ตามลำดับ นอกนั้นไม่แตกต่างกัน
The research Teachers Problems and Needs in Teaching Environmental Education under the Office of Pranburi Primary Education, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, aimed to study and comparison the problems and needs in teaching environmental education under the office of Pranburi Primary Education, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, classify as the personal background of the teachers survey sample as sex, age, education, teaching experience, group experience responsibility, other duty above school teaching. The participants who teaching in the office of Pranburi primary education, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province in semester 1, year 2003,makes 152 participating responses in total. The instruments used for data collection was the teaching problem environmental questionnaire and the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.95. The other questionnaire is the teaching needs environmental questionnaire and the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA.
The research found that:
1. The sample of the teacher participant almost are a women 90.79 percent, more than age 40 years 86.18 percent, education bachelors degree 95.39 percent, teaching experience more than 20 years 73.03 percent, teaching experience responsibility in life promotion experience group 21.71 percent, other duty above school teaching as student activity and schooling project 56.58 percent.
2. The teacher have the problem in teaching environmental education overall in moderate level. Consider each the aspect found that the problem in teaching environmental education very aspect in moderate level. The first priority is the teaching management. The second priority is the assessment aspect and after that the budget aspect and the staff aspect as consecutively.
3. The teacher have the needs in teaching environmental education overall in too much level. Consider each the aspect found that the needs in teaching environmental education very aspects in too much level. The first priority is the budget aspect. The second priority is the teaching management aspect and after that the staff aspect and the assessment aspect as consecutively.
4. The proof of hypothesis found that the teacher who having sex, education, group teaching experience responsibility, and other duty above school teaching in different have the problem in teaching environmental education in overall and very aspects not differently. The teacher who having age in different have the problem in teaching environmental education in overall in the staff aspect, teaching management aspect and the assessment aspect differently at statistic significant .01, .001, .05 and .01 as consecutively. The teacher having the differently teaching experience have the problems in teaching environmental education in overall in staff aspect and the assessment aspect differently at statistic significant .05, .01 and .05 as consecutively.
5. The proof of hypothesis found that the teacher who having sex, education, group teaching experience responsibility, and other duty above school teaching in different have the needs in teaching environmental education in overall and very aspects not differently. The teacher who having age in different have the needs in teaching environmental education in overall in the staff aspect, teaching management aspect, and the budget aspect differently at statistic significant .001. And the assessment aspect differently at statistic significant .05 The teacher having the differently teaching experience have the needs in teaching environmental education in staff aspect and the budget aspect differently at statistic significant .05 and .01 as consecutively.
