Abstract:
การศึกษาเรื่อง ความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชน เขตบางพลัด กรุงเทพมหานคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชน เขตบางพลัด และเปรียบเทียบ ความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครอง จำแนกตามภูมิหลังของผู้ปกครองในด้านเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ต่อเดือน และ ขนาดโรงเรียนที่บุตรหลานเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษา คือ ผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน เขตบางพลัด จำนวน 7 โรงเรียน รวม 225 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.9673 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และค่า F-test ถ้าการทดสอบ F มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทดสอบเป็นรายคู ่ด้วยวิธีเชฟเฟ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดการศึกษาโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน เขตบางพลัด กรุงเทพมหานคร ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านที่ศึกษาอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ปกครองกับโรงเรียน ด้านสื่อการเรียนรู้ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านบริการ เป็นอันดับสุดท้าย
2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน จำแนกตามภูมิหลัง พบว่า
2.1 ผู้ปกครองเพศชายและผู้ปกครองเพศหญิง มีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยความคิดเห็นด้านสื่อการเรียนรู้ ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านบริการ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ความคิดเห็นด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ปกครองกับโรงเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนความคิดเห็นด้านอื่นๆ ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านบุคลากร ไม่แตกต่างกัน
2.2 ผู้ปกครองที่มีอายุต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการศึกษาของ โรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยความคิดเห็นด้านบุคลากรและด้านบริการ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนความคิดเห็นด้านอื่นๆ ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านสื่อการเรียนรู้ ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ปกครองกับโรงเรียน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
2.3 ผู้ปกครองที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดศึกษาของโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน โดยความคิดเห็นด้านบุคลากร แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนความคิดเห็นด้านอื่นๆ ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดการเรียน การสอน ด้านสื่อการเรียนรู้ ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ปกครองกับโรงเรียนและด้านบริการ ไม่แตกต่างกัน
2.4 ผู้ปกครองที่มีอาชีพต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยความคิดเห็นด้านสื่อการเรียนรู้ ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ปกครองกับโรงเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ความคิดเห็นด้านบุคลากร แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนความคิดเห็นด้านอื่นๆ ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนและด้านบริการ ไม่แตกต่างกัน
2.5 ผู้ปกครองที่มีรายได้ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน ทั้งในภาพรวมและในรายด้านทุกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01
2.6 ผู้ปกครองที่ส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนในโรงเรียนอนุบาลที่มีขนาดต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยความคิดเห็นด้านบุคลากรมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 ความคิดเห็นด้านสื่อการเรียนรู้ ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ปกครองกับโรงเรียนและด้านบริการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนความคิดเห็นด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The study Parents Opinions on Educational Management of Private Kindergarten Schools under the Office of Private Education Commission, Bangplad District, Bangkok Metropolis aimed to study the opinions of parents toward educational management of private kindergarten schools under the Office of Private Education Commission, Bangplad District, Bangkok Metropolis. It was classified by parents background in the aspects of gender, education background, occupation, monthly income, and the size of the school that the parents sent their children to. The samples of the study were 225 parents of kindergarten students from 7 schools. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.9673. The questionnaire was developed by the researcher. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-te st. If F-test was at statistical significance of .05, Scheffe matched pair comparison was used.
The research found that :
1. In all aspects, the opinions of parents toward educational management of private kindergarten schools under the Office of Private Education Commission, Bangplad District, Bangkok Metropolis, as a whole was at high level of agreement. It was ranging from highest to lowest as follows: the aspect of personnel, the aspect of atmosphere arrangement, the aspect of relationship between parents and schools, the aspect of learning aids, the aspect of teaching-learning arrangement, and the last aspect was service.
2. The comparison of parents opinions toward educational management of private kindergarten schools, classified by background, found that :
2.1 Parents with different gender, as a whole had different opinions toward educational management of private kindergarten schools at statistical significance of .01. The opinions on the aspects of learning aids, atmosphere arrangement, and service, were different at statistical significance of .01. The opinions on the aspects of relationship between parents and schools were different at statistical significance of .05. However, the opinions on other aspects, such as teaching-learning arrangement, and personnel were not different.
2.2 Parents with different age, as a whole had different opinions toward educational management of private kindergarten schools at statistical significance of .05. The opinions on the aspects of personnel, and service were different at statistical significance of .01. However, the opinions on other aspects such as, teaching-learning arrangement, learning aids, atmosphere arrangement, and relationship between parents and schools were not different.
2.3 Parents with different educational background, as a whole had similar opinions toward educational management of private kindergarten schools. The opinions on the aspects of personnel were different at statistical significance of .01. However, the opinions on other aspects such as, teaching-learning arrangement, learning aids, atmosphere arrangement, relationship between parents and schools, and service were not different.
2.4 Parents with different occupation, as a whole had different opinions toward educational management of private kindergarten schools at statistical significance of .01. The opinions on the aspects of learning aids, atmosphere arrangement, and relationship between parents and schools were different at statistical significance of .01. The opinions on the aspect of personnel were different at statistical significance of .05. However, the opinions on other aspects such as, teaching-learning arrangement, and service were not different.
2.5 Parents with different monthly income, as a whole and also in all aspects had different opinions toward educational management of private kindergarten schools at statistical significance of .01.
2.6 Parents who sent their children to kindergarten schools with different sizes had different opinions toward educational management of private kindergarten schools at statistical significance of .01. The opinions on the aspect of personnel were different at statistical significance of .05. The opinions on the aspects of learning aids, atmosphere arrangement, relationship between parents and schools, and service were different at statistical significance of .01. The opinions on the aspect of teaching-learning arrangement were not different.
