Abstract:
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในการจัดการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำแนกตาม วุฒิการศึกษา อาชีพเสริม ตำแหน่งภายในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นสมาชิกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จำนวน 99 คน ของอำเภอเมืองประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.96 และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติทีและค่าสถิติเอฟ รวมทั้งการทดสอบ รายคู่ โดยใช้วิธีการของเชฟเฟ่
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
การมีส่วนร่วมขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในการจัดการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขต อำเภอเมืองประจวบคีรีขันธ์ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แต่เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมของโรงเรียนกับชุมชน และด้านการติดตามประเมินผลการดำเนินงาน และประชาสัมพันธ์ของโรงเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านการวางแผนเกี่ยวกับการจัดการศึกษา ด้านการตัดสินใจในการบริหารและการจัดการศึกษา และด้านการระดมทรัพยากรบุคคลและทรัพยากรอื่นๆ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
เมื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในการจัดการศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐานในแต่ละด้าน จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา อาชีพเสริม ตำแหน่งภายในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล และ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The research on Participation in Basic Education Management of Tombons Administration, Organization in Prachuab khirikhan District, Prachuab khirikhan Province has the objective to study on Participation in Basic Education Management of Tombons Administration and compare participation separated by education levels, added occupations. The positons in Tombons Administration and working experience.The method of research study was carried through a surveying technique, taking randomly 99 samples from Tombons Administration members, management staff and the committees of Prachuap khirikhan District. They were 69 Council Administration members, 20 Management committees, and 10 officers. The tool in collecting data was questionnaire that was designed by the researcher. The reliability of questionnaire used by Conbachs Alpha Coefficient was at 0.96 and divide d by 5 items : The plan of Education Management is at 0.87. The decision in Education Management is at 0.92. The finding men resource and other resources for education is at 0.88. The school activity with community is at 0.84. The follow-up, the evaluation and the school activity news is at 0.86. The statistics which used to analyze data were mean, standard deviation T-Test and F-Test including Sheffes Test then analyzing the result with SPSS Program.
The result of the research showed that the participation in Basic Education Management of Tombons Administration, Organization in Prachuab khirikhan District was in medium level. When separated in each item, it was found that the school activity with community and the follow-up, the evaluation and the school activity news were in much level. The plan of Education Management, the decision in Education Management and the finding men resource and other resources for education were in medium level.
When comparing the participation in Basic Education Management of Tombons Administration in each item, it was found that the education level, the added occupations, the position in Tombons Administration, and working experience had no differences.
