Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study the behavior in choosing bangsai hospital phang- nga province to offer ways to improve and develop services of bangsai hospital phang-nga province. to meet the needs of the service. Questionnaires were used to collect data from 400 samples. The analysis of data by computer instant statistics include frequency, percentage, Mean, standard deviation and relationship of the independent variable and dependent variable with chi square, t-test and F-test. The results were as follows.
The study results found the majority of the customers at 60.25 percent were female. 35.75 percent held age between 51-60 years. 77.25 percent got married. 82.00 percent held primary education as the highest education level. 41.25 percent were farmers. 61.00 percent earned income less than 10,000 and 56.25 percent had the right to protect the treatment of 30-baht gold card.
The study results found 74.75 percent of customers use the services for general illness treatment. 76.00 percent used outpatient services department. 83.00 percent decisions to use the services when choosing a medical condition/illness. 41.50 percent chosen as bang sai hospital ware near your home or office. 75.00 percent decided to use service of bangsai hospital by them. 41.50 percent came with their own treatment. And 57.50 percent had the principle to decision by a medical doctor to whom any duty or doctor at the hospital/clinic that had been treated.
Considering the marketing mix factors affecting the decision of the consumers, the customers had the comments to marketing mix factor for the services of bangsai hospital in high level.
