Abstract:
This research was the survey research. The purpose of research was studied managing environment development by using the Agricultural Cooperative Food processing member opinions in located Surin province, the sampling research came from seven groups of Agricultural Cooperative Food Processing Surin province location, such as Agricultural Cooperative in Chumpolburi District, the Agricultural Cooperative in Prasat District, the Agricultural Cooperative for Marketing, the Agricultural Cooperative for Organic Rice Farming Funds, the Agricultural Cooperative for Organic Jasmine Rice Producer s in Baukok Sub- district, the Organic Agricultural Cooperative in Surin Agricultural and Cooperative Bank. The sampling group size of the research used Yamane theory in 95 percent confidence by using 348 sampling people, and then stratified random sampling from them. The questionnaires had five scales to collect the data in 0.92 confidential. The analyze data used social program statistics were used such as percentage, average and standardiviation

The opinion of sampling members showed on managing environment : in planning factor (X=3.53,S.D.= 0.99), organizing factor (X= 3.50, S.D.= 0.91), directing factor (X= 3.74, SD.= 0.80), very good level in this research, staffing factor (X= 3.46, SD.= 0.86), coordinating factor (X= 3.11,SD.= 0.86), budgeting factor (X= 3.17, SD.= 0.80) in medium level. Therefore, the directing factor was in very good situation and the next was organizing factor and planning factor. On the other hand, the first development should have coordinating factor and then reporting factor, budgeting factor, and staffing factor so on.
The ways to development the Agricultural Cooperative Food Processing Groups in Surin province founded. The most of members want to develop on cooperating factor that should have to survey that what do people want ? In the reporting factor should have to collect the data of machines and equipments. In the budgeting factor should have to reporting members on the project successes. In the staffing factor should have to male employee confident on working job. The members focus on directing factor that had committee responsibility. In the organizing factor have the information planning so on.
