Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับสมรรถภาพ
ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสารของครูผู้สอนสาระวิชาสุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา ในระดับ
ช่วงชั้นที่ 4 2) เพื่อกำหนดเกณฑ์สมรรถภาพด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของครูผู้สอนสาระวิชาสุขศึกษาและพลศึกษาในระดับช่วงชั้นที่ 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร และผู้เชี่ยวชาญในสาระวิชาสุขศึกษาและพลศึกษาในระดับช่วงชั้นที่ 4 จำนวน 17 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง ผู้วิจัยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟายในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจำนวน 3 รอบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ประเภท คือ 1) แบบสอบถามปลายเปิด
2) แบบสอบถามปลายปิด ชนิดประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในรอบสุดท้ายทำให้ได้เกณฑ์สมรรถภาพด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ของครูผู้สอนในสาระวิชาสุขศึกษาและพลศึกษาในระดับช่วงชั้นที่ 4 จำนวน 111 ข้อ จาก 120 ข้อ
ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความเห็นสอดคล้องกันในรายละเอียดของสมรรถภาพด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของครูผู้สอนในสาระวิชาสุขศึกษาและพลศึกษาในระดับช่วงชั้นที่ 4 ทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะ และด้านคุณลักษณะ ดังนี้
1. ด้านความรู้ มี 11 ด้าน โดยแบ่งได้เป็น (1) ด้านความรู้ในเรื่องการรู้สารสนเทศ : ควรมีความรู้ในการใช้สารสนเทศที่มีอยู่เดิมและสารสนเทศที่ได้มาใหม่มาวางแผนการปฏิบัติงานได้มากที่สุด (2) ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับฮาร์ดแวร์ : ควรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับส่วนประกอบพื้นฐานของระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ มากที่สุด (3) ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบปฏิบัติการ : ควรมีความรู้ในระบบปฏิบัติวินโดวส์ในระดับมาก (4) ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปต่างๆ : ควรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำ โปรแกรมการนำเสนองานมากที่สุด (5) ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการกับแฟ้มข้อมูล : ควรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการสร้าง การลบ การคัดลอก การสำรอง การกู้คืน การสแกนไวรัสในแฟ้มข้อมูลหรือโฟลเดอร์มากที่สุด (6) ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์และอินเตอร์เน็ต : ควรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมประเภทการค้นหาข้อมูลในระบบเครือข่าย มากที่สุด (7) ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน การสอนบนเว็บ : ควรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการประเมินบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน การสอนบนเว็บในระดับมาก (8) ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในการเรียนการสอน : ควรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์มาช่วยในการวางแผนผลิตงานประเภทเอกสารมากที่สุด (9) ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับการประเมินการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ : ควรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปมาช่วยคำนวณ คะแนน ตัดเกรดมากที่สุด (10) ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมาย มารยาท จรรยาบรรณ ในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร : ควรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมารยาท จรรยาบรรณ ในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในระดับมากที่สุด (11) ด้านความรู้ในเรื่องอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยี สารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพิ่มเติม : ควรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเลือกใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อการเรียนการสอนในสาระวิชาสุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา ในระดับมาก
2. ด้านทักษะ มี 5 ด้าน โดยแบ่งได้เป็น (1) ทักษะทางด้านฮาร์ดแวร์ : ควรมีทักษะในการใช้อุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานและการใช้เครื่องพิมพ์มากที่สุด (2) ทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป : ควรมีทักษะในการใช้งานโปรแกรมนำเสนองานมากที่สุด (3) ทักษะการจัดการกับแฟ้มข้อมูล : ควรมีทักษะในการจัดการแฟ้มข้อมูลมากที่สุด (4) ทักษะการใช้งานระบบเครือข่ายและอินเตอร์เน็ต : ควรมีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรมประเภทช่วยค้นหาข้อมูลในระบบเครือข่าย และการใช้ไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์มากที่สุด (5) ทักษะในเรื่องอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพิ่มเติม : ควรมีทักษะในการใช้งานโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวกับสาระวิชาสุขศึกษาและพลศึกษามากที่สุด
3. ด้านคุณลักษณะ ควรมีความกระตือรือร้น ใฝ่รู้ ติดตามข่าวสาร รัก และสนใจศึกษาแสวงหาความรู้ใหม่ มีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกล แลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ แนะนำช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น ตระหนักและเห็นความสำคัญของการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารกับการเรียนการสอน โดยเป็นไปในทิศทางที่ถูกต้อง ไม่ขัดต่อศีลธรรมและกฎหมายมากที่สุด
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the opinion of VI competency in information and communication technology of Health and Physical education teachers, and 2) to determine the competency in information and communication technology of Health and Physical Education teachers. The researcher specifically attempted a random sampling of 17 persons who were competent in information and communication technology Health and Physical Education and collected data by Appling three attempts of Delphi Technique. The instruments used in this research were classified into two kinds of opened end and closed - end questionnaires with 5 levels and it was analyzed by Median and Inter quartile Range.
The results of the research were follows :
1. From the final analysis 111 standard items from 120 in cluster VI technology in information and communication competency and communication technology of Health and physical education teacher, a competency criteria was achieved.
2. Specialists had same opinions on three parts of cluster VI technology in information and communication competency and communication technology of Health and physical education teachers, with their Knowledge, skill and characteristics as follows :
2.1 In the knowledge aspect, there were 11 parts of (1) the knowledge of information which should have old and new information and could be applied for work, (2) the know ledge of hardware which should have the basic knowledge of computer system, (3) the computer system which should have more knowledge of Window, (4) the office program which should have most knowledge of word processing and program presentation, (5) the file management which should have most the knowledge of making, deleting, copying, reserving, scanning of Virus on file or folder, (6) the electronic communication and internet network which should have most the knowledge of program searching the data in the network, (7) the computer for teaching on Website which should have more knowledge of lesson estimation of computer for teaching on Website, (8) the application of computer in education which should have most the knowledge of computer for planning, making and producing of document, (9) the estimation of education by computer which should have most the knowledge of office program for helping the examination, (10) the Law, politeness of information technology which should have more knowledge of law, politeness in use technology and (11) in other knowledge which should have more knowledge of any selection about technology in information and communication competency and communication technology of Health and physical education teachers.
2.2 In the skill aspect, it could be classifies into 5 parts of (1) the skill of Hardware which should have most using of computer instrument and printing, (2) the skill of office program using which should have most skill of presentation program, (3) the skill of data collection which should have most in this part, (4) the skill of network using which should have most skill of search Engine and Electronic Mail and, (5) the other which should have most knowledge of any selection about technology in information and communication competency and communication technology of Health and physical education teachers.
2.3 In the characteristics aspect there should be enthusiasm for learning, exchanging of news updating, love of education, new knowledge search, wide vision, exchanging of the knowledge with other specialiss, knowledge introduction to others and realization of the importance of information technology application.
