Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสาเหตุการออกกลางคันของนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ที่ออกกลางคันในปีการศึกษา 2545 จำนวน 281 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น ทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.88 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ค่าที (t-test) และค่าเอฟ (F-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สาเหตุการออกกลางคันของนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยรวมทั้ง 6 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X=2.84) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านสถานศึกษาและสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านพฤติกรรมนักเรียน ด้านอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาและ ด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน อยู่ในระดับปานกลางส่วนด้านสถานภาพของผู้ปกครองอยู่ในระดับน้อย การเปรียบเทียบสาเหตุการออกกลางคันของนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ระหว่างเพศชายกับเพศหญิงพบว่า โดยรวมทั้ง 6 ด้าน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ที่ระดับ 0.05 และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านสถานศึกษาและสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ด้านอาจารย์ ผู้สอน และด้านสถานภาพของผู้ปกครอง มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนด้านพฤติกรรมนักเรียน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกันและการเปรียบเทียบสาเหตุการออกกลางคันของนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ระหว่างระดับชั้น ปวช. 1 ระดับชั้น ปวช.2 ระดับชั้น ปวช. 3 พบว่า โดยรวมทั้ง 6 ด้าน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านสถานศึกษาและสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน และด้านสถานภาพของผู้ปกครอง มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนด้านพฤติกรรมนักเรียน พบว่าไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน

Abstract: This study was aimed to examine and to compare the cause of students dropout at vocational education level, under the Vocational Education Commission of Roi- et. Province Samples instruments used for were 281 dropout students at vocational education level, academic year 2002. The data collection was a 5 – leveled questionnaire with its reliability of 0.88. Collected data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t- test and F-test. The research findings were found as follows, dropout In the overall 6 aspects, the cause of students at vocational education level, under the Vocational Education Commission of Roi- et province, was shown at the middle level (x= 2.84). When considering in each individual aspect, the researcher indicated that the aspect of education institute and environment, studying management, student behaviour, advisors and lecturers were also found at the middle level. While the aspect of guardianship status was indicated at level. The researcher then compared the cause of cause of dropout of male and female students at vocational education level, under the Vocational Education Commission of Roi-et, province. The result was shown that the overall 6 aspects were significantly different at 0.05. When considering in each individual aspect, the researcher indicated that the aspect of education institute and environment, studying management, advisors, lecturers and guardianship status were significantly different at 0.05. While the aspect of student behaviour was found indifferently. Moreover, the researcher also compared the cause of dropout students in vocational education level amongst students in level 1, students in level 2 and students in level 3. The result was found that the overall 6 aspects were significantly different at 0.05. When considering in each individual aspect, the researcher indicated that the aspect of education institute and environment, studying management, advisors, lecturers and guardianship status were not different.
