Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study in job delegation process of basic educational institution administrators under the office of education service area ; roi-et province according to the opinions of institution administrators and teachers and to compare the job delegation process between small-size institutions and large-size institution. The sample group were 606 institution administrators and teachers. The instrument used for data analysis were percentage, man , standard deviatidon and hypothesis test by using t-test
The results of this research were as follows :
The job delegation process of basic educational administrators were at the high level as whole (x=3.78). When it considered in each aspect from the highest average to the lowest average, they were job analysis before delegation (x=3.89) job delegation management (x=3.81), job delegation planning (x=3.76) selective personnel for job delegation (x=3.73) follow-up job delegation (x=3.69)
The comparison in job delegation process of basic educational institution administrators according to the opinions of institution administrators and teachers between small-size institutions and large-size institutions, there are difference statistical significance at the 0.05 level both as a whole and in each aspect.
