Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนของบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการการจัดการศึกษาสายสามัญด้วยระบบ ทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียม ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัญหาและความต้องการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนของบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการการจัดการศึกษาสายสามัญด้วยระบบทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียม ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ที่มีขนาดต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ จำนวน 650 คน จาก 31 โรงเรียน โดยแยกเป็น ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารฝ่ายวิชาการ 31 คน หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา 49 คน ครูโสตทัศนศึกษา 31 คน ครูผู้สอนปลายทาง 49 คน และนักเรียน 490 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 4 ฉบับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One – way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนของบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการการจัดการศึกษาสายสามัญด้วยระบบทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียม ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 2.82, SD = 0.81) เมื่อพิจารณาทั้ง 6 ด้าน พบว่า ด้านนักเรียนเป็นปัญหามากที่สุด ( = 3.10, SD = 0.87) รองลงมาคือด้านการบริหารจัดการ ( = 3.06, SD = 0.80) และน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ด้านอุปกรณ์รับสัญญาณดาวเทียมและเครื่องมือสื่อสาร ( = 2.16, SD = 0.85) 2. ความต้องการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนของบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการการจัดการศึกษาสายสามัญด้วยระบบทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียม ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.33, SD = 0.88) เมื่อพิจารณาทั้ง 6 ด้าน พบว่า ความต้องการพัฒนามากที่สุดคือด้านการบริหาร จัดการ ( = 3.71, SD = 0.78) รองลงมาคือ ด้านสภาพห้องเรียนและอุปกรณ์ ( = 3.46, SD = 0.48) และน้อยที่สุดคือด้านอุปกรณ์รับสัญญาณดาวเทียมและเครื่องมือสื่อสาร ( = 3.00, SD = 1.21) 3. ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนของบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการการจัดการศึกษาสายสามัญด้วยระบบทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียม ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ที่มีขนาดต่างกัน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ได้แก่ ด้านครูผู้สอนต้นทาง ด้านครูผู้สอนปลายทาง และด้านนักเรียน ส่วนด้านการบริหาร จัดการ ด้านอุปกรณ์รับสัญญาณดาวเทียมและเครื่องมือสื่อสาร และด้านสภาพของห้องเรียนและอุปกรณ์ แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ความต้องการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนของบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการการจัดการศึกษาสายสามัญด้วยระบบทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียม ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ที่มีขนาดต่างกัน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านครูผู้สอนต้นทาง ด้านครูผู้สอนปลายทาง และ ด้านนักเรียน ส่วนด้านอุปกรณ์รับสัญญาณดาวเทียมและเครื่องมือสื่อสาร และด้านสภาพของ ห้องเรียนและอุปกรณ์ แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 The purpose of the research aimed at studying the problems and needs of the instructional development of the personnel involving the distance education project of general education via satellite in Nakhon Ratchasima’s secondary schools under the General Education Department. It also aimed at comparing the problems and needs of instructional development of the personnel involving the distance education project of general education via satellite in Nakhon Ratchasima’s secondary schools, regarding to their different school sizes. The sample group of the study was 650 subjects from 31 schools who were 31 academic administrator assistants, 49 subject heads, 31 audiovisual teachers, 49 terminal schoolteachers, and 490 students. The instruments for data collection employed 4 questionnaires. meanwhile, frequency distribution, percentage, standard deviation, and One-way ANOVA were used in the data analysis. The findings of the research were as followed: 1. Regarding to the problems of the instructional development of the personnel involving the distance education project of general education via satellite in Nakhon Ratchasima’s secondary schools under the General Education Department, it was at the average level when generally considered ( = 2.82, SD = 0.81). However, when all 6 aspects were specifically considered, the aspect relating to students showed the highest level ( = 3.10, SD = 0.87). The second highest was the aspect relating to the management ( = 3.06, SD = 0.80). The lowest level was the aspect relating to the satellite receiver equipment and communication device ( = 2.16, SD = 0.85). 2. Regarding to the needs of the instructional development of the personnel involving the distance education project of general education via satellite in Nakhon Ratchasima’s secondary schools under the General Education Department, it was at the average level when generally considered ( = 3.33, SD = 0 .88). However, there was no statistically significant difference at the .05 level in the aspects relating to the management, the satellite receiver equipment and communication device, and the classroom condition and their equipment. 4. The needs of the instructional development of the personnel involving the distance education project of general education via satellite in Nakhon Ratchasima’s secondary schools under the General Education Department, regarding to different school sizes, there was a statistically significant difference at the .01 level in the aspects relating to the management, the station schoolteachers, the terminal schoolteachers, and the students. However, there was no statistically significant difference at the .05 level in the aspects relating to the satellite receiver equipment and communication device, and the classroom condition and their equipment.
