The Role of School Administrators to Effecting Academic Ranking of Teachers. To Fix Professinal Position of School 3-4 Level for Basic Education Institution,Roi-Et
Abstract:
This research to study and to compare the roles of school administrators to effecting academic ranking of teachers to fix Professional Position 3 of schools 3-4 level for Basic Education Institutions. Roi et sampling population were 431 teachers of schools 3-4 level for Basic Education Institutions, Roi et.academic yeas of B.E. 2003. According to likert scales, questionnaire designed as a collecting tool was divided into 5 scales comprised of most effective, effective, moderately less effective and least effective. Its reliability was indicated at 0.93. All collected data ware then analysed by mean, standard deviation and the hypothesis was tested by F-test.
Results of this research were found as the following items:
1. Regarding to administrator, opinions on their roles and dissertations to promote and to appoint teachers to fix Professional Position 3 of schools 3-4 level for Basic Education Institutions, Roi et. The researcher revealer that the overall opinion of teachers ranked in position 2 and 3 was in the moderately effective level.Considered other aspects respectively comprised of dissertations preparation, time support and resource support, the result was also in the moderately effective level.
2. According to the comparison among administrator, role and dissertations effecting to promote and to appoint teachers to fix Professional Position 3 of schools 3-4 level for Basic Education Institutions, Roi et. this was found that the school administrators have significantly has their roles effecting to promote to appoint teachers teaching 3-4 level as the Professional Position 3. Their overall role have significantly differed from one another at .05. Focused on other aspects, the sesults were also discovered that the administrators have also had their roles effecting to promote to appoint teachers teaching 3-4 level as the Professional Position 3. This outcome significantly from one another at .05. when there was significantly difference in this result, the researcher then tested it in average by matching between administrators and teachers ranked in position 3. In this case, the overall result showed that administrators have differently had their roles effecting to promote and to appoint teachers teaching 3-4 level as the Professional Position 3. for Basic Education Institutions, Roi et. This outcome indicated significantly at .05. Opinions between administrators and teachers ranked in position 2, and between teachers ranked in position 3, and teachers ranked in position 2, were discovered significantly at .05. However, those of administrators and teachers ranked in position 3, Were not different.
